I'm fine, and the house is ok, it just kind of made a weird buzzing sound then...sparks went flying and well, it just kind of...popped.

We're also going to have to do something about that...wall--it's history.

I wasn't all that surprised that I managed to ignite a stove -- not just the bread-attempt, the actual stove -- because those are all about concentrations of heat anyway.

But unless I'm badly mistaken somewhere, washing machines are about concentrations of water, which means they ought to be somehow more antithetical to producing balls of fire than stoves are?

Really, I don't know where we're importing all these defective appliances from, but I think a governmental task force should look into it.
