so i just made cornmeal muffins. or at least they're in the oven (when are they classified as made? when they turn out good?? )and moms secret is to add chillies in with the flour and corneal. so i cut up half a chili. just a tiny green one. mom says, 'here -- use saran so you don't have to touch the seeds'. i say, 'oooh that's way to complicated!

ohmygosh girl, the other day i was CRAVING cornmeal muffins like MAD. the craving came out of nowhere, it was so weird. i honestly cant recall the last time i bit into cornmeal. but yummmmmmmmmmmy, please enjoy one for me!
