SO I thought to myself, "I'm heading down to Toronto... IMMA MAKE COOKIES FOR PEOPLE." Gingerbread being the obvious choice, since it rocks, I looked up a simple recipe and checked ingredients... good and good. Off we go!

Update?
Not an awful lot has changed really.... my deadline is closing in (panicpanicpanicpanicpanicpanicpanicpanicpanic) and it's looking more and more that I won't have all of first and last saved by when I need to be out. A few friends have offered to let me stay at their place for a few days a week, for which I'm eternally greatful... so I need ( Read more... ) -
