Fer starters, this operation has been goin' fer at least three years, or rather that's as far back as we can date it ta. No one seems ta have th' faintest idea of their identities, an' some theories include them hidin' among us.

There's no clear pattern ta their actions an' I haven't been able ta figure out what their real motive is. They claim they wanted ta rebuild th' city, but most of th' people there weren't qualified fer such a task. Th' people that go missin', they don't always return. [You can come up with your own theories for that one, because Heiji has no physical evidence to prove his own.]

There's no end ta their abduction, an' if what I've been told is true, some people have been here fer at least two years.
