Woah, time again?
There was actually a slew of worthy pictures to choose from this week, several including Allen oddly enough, but this one wins. This was my dinner tonight. It was supposed to be a ham or bacon Breakfast Burrito at Sonic, yet neither of the ones I ordered had any meat whatsoever, much to matt's amusement. Bastards.
Hmm, this week's update snuck up on me, which is kinda weird, because last week I was ready and knew what I was gonna type about. So what have I been doing to pass the time?
Well, picking up from last post, Erin and I went out for my birthday to Bones, a steak place downtown, which was highly delicious despite the "JASON????" incident. I'm almost drawing a blank on what I did most of that weekend. Uhh. I'm pretty sure Matt and Allen hung out one day.
Oh yah, my modem crapped out on me on Sunday, so I was internetless for a day or 2. I had to go pick up a new modem from some jackass in Radio Shack. Speaking of repairs/replacements, I get the TV tuner thing for my projector tomorrow, so I need to get on ordering the new lamp for my projector.
I finished 2 anime this week; Fate Stay Night and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
Fate Stay Night was most definitely good, and I loved the characters and what not, but the ending killed it for me. It just was not the way I wanted it to finish. ;(
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya was absolutely awesome. I loved it, and unlike Fate Stay, it ended exactly how I wanted it to. Kyon may be one of the best characters ever:
I saw Pirates of the Carribean 2 with Matt and Allen last night. It was cool, Johnny Depp kicks ass, etc. But it was really damn goofy. There were several parts in it where Allen turned to me and said "This is the goofiest shit ever".
Ari got back after that, so he stayed over last night. Here's the proof:
I've been playing CS:S out of boredom recently. I have the need for a new FPS, hopefully Prey will satiate that need.
Oh right, so I'm seriously considering breaking down and trying to build a PC rather than buy one. Of course, this is the much cheaper method, but it's more risky and I won't even think of trying to install liquid cooling myself. So it's less cool too. But it's currently either build one myself or not get one til next Summer or Christmas, and I'd miss Spore and Episode 2. So maybe fuck that? I dunno ;(
