The only possible complaint is that one item was slightly damaged by the the placement of another (tape residue from a sticker's packaging made it stick to a doujinshi), but apart from that everything was great. The parcel as a whole arrived in excellent condition, and incredibly fast. I'll definitely be using this service again, and have already recommended her site to other users~

I've used her service twice now and been pretty happy both times; I really appreciate the thorough descriptions of what I'm getting and the different options, and also that she's been honest and realistic about the states of items and shipping situations, so if something might get damaged or there was a mistake made somewhere along the way that could result in damage, she's told me so. The whole process is really fast and she's very professional, but also easy to speak to and very patient when I had a lot of questions/changes to my orders. Definitely will use this service again!
