We live on the exact opposite sides of the Earth, actually, but it's just impossible for us to check on the community 24/7.

We appreciate your offer to help a lot! If we need extra help in the future, we will make sure to inform you. In the meanwhile, let's hope the situation will improve with the use of moderated posting.

First of all, thank you very much for volunteering, we really appreciate it =) We're currently able to handle the situation and it seems to be getting better, so we're okay for now.

Nope, it was not. I've checked and this user seems to be not registered with LJ..?
