[Lapine instinct sends the rabbit scurrying deeper into the makeshift burrow upon seeing the fox - naturally timid herbivorous prey animal, after all. An even more irate voice yells out from beneath the blanket after scurrying is complete.]

'Inevitable' or not, it doesn't make it any better. [Ever-so-slight cynical emphasis on inevitable, but it's only barely noticeable.]

I agree. [not in the best mood himself] It'd be nice to at least have an explanation for this one. Usually the captain's whims make these things happen but I haven't seen him.

Physically? Fine, ignoring how I'm currently a rabbit. In terms of safety and supplies? Fine. I've been creating a small supply of food that doesn't need cooking in here anyway. Mentally? The last time I would consider myself 'fine' was long before I woke up on this ship, so I guess I'm used to it by now.

An explanation would obviously make it too easy for us, wouldn't it.
