I had no idea there were so many different types! I like looking at miniature pieces for dolls houses etc. on Pinterest. It's amazing the things people can make. I only realised in a last week or so that lots of the amazing tiny pieces I've seen are made by hand!

I did a bit of sculpting myself the other day using Citadel "green stuff". I was repairing a broken model of an goblin shaman I had picked up in a charity shop. My work was quite crude, but it was still fun to do and I was reasonably happy with how it came out.

There are tons. And this is just the resin clay. I haven't even gotten into the Fuwa Fuwa or light weight clays yet.

Japan does not tend to do oven bake clay, so all my favorite miniature artists tend to work with these. Here the summer gets so hot I can't put the oven on so I started working with these about a year ago. I love them the only downside is short working time so I tend to do major sculpting with sculpey still and just make molds in silicone.

Ah green stuff is a epoxy putty type thing right? Ah goblins, brings me back to my warhammer days :D

Yes, that's the green stuff. There is a blue and yellow strip, which you mix to make "green stuff" which then can be sculpted and dries hard in about 24 hours.
