Sometimes, I just need about fifteen minutes to organize my thoughts....
So I think I'm going to set up a meditation area in my room.
I'm also considering taking up Yoga because I've always wanted to do it.

that's a good idea. I took some yoga classes for a few months in high school and it helped me relieve some stress. although, it was a little hard at first. once I got used to it it was great though! :-)
