no, the initial piercing is nothing to write home about. however, expect to be annoyed for def. more than a week. i'm not talking constant pain, but sleeping on it, and taking off shirts and stuff like that will hurt like a bitch if you aren't careful. ALSO, clean that sucker up reaaaaal good like and pay attention to scar tissue build up behind and in front of the hole unless you want to have cauliflower ear like who was it at RHS? Ian guidry? I used to do those piercings illegally in the bathroom at Libby Lu for people. I know, I'm hardcore. I mean, all piercings are pretty painless, I think, for the initial experience... except I hear the tongue is pretty brutal.
