I agree that saying things in anger isn't always the smartest thing to do, but holding one's temper isn't always the best thing either. I know too many passive aggressives who mess up their health & their sanity because they can't articulate what their problems are.

I see what you're saying, but I think it's supposed to be more a "controlling your temper" type of thing than a "holding your emotions."

Being angry is one thing. So is expressing it. But I think just having a bad temper is something else entirely.

If you ever left a hole, it's been long since patched up. Life's too short to leave holes gaping open for too long. And Home Depot sells filler for that anyway.

I saw the biggest butt plug I've ever seen in New York! It was the size of an eggplant! AHHHHHHH!
