Thank goddess this week is over! Man, I didn't think that I'd make it. I got a B on my quiz that I thought I flunked. I was so blown when we went over the answers last night and I was like "OMG, I'm going to fail this class!" @_@ So, I was happy as hell for my B. I told Ike and he was like, "you're happy with that shit?!" He's great motivation for me. I'm actually starting on my homework earlier than I usually do so I won't hear his mouth, lol.
Melinda just moved to Oregon on Monday. I wish I could do like her sometimes. I mean, she pretty much just up and left Arkansas and moved to Oregon with no job, place to stay, or anything. I'm impulsive sometimes but impulsive for me is a spur of the minute weekend trip. Not moving across the country who the only person I know is an associate who works on a commune. She was like that when she upped and moved to DC too, so it's not a surprise that she would, but just like "WOW". She keeps starting over. That's so cool! I've been wanting to live in Seattle, but besides the fact that I only know Viv and have no job, it's pretty much a given that I'll not see my fam. I mean, we're on the same coast and I only see them maybe twice a year. I asked Ike to move with me. He consented but I think he did because he thinks that I'm not serious. He's lived on the West Coast before, but I've never even been. Maybe I should visit first...
