Kokuritsu concert 4/9/2011
I met up with Cindy at Sendagaya station. While waiting for her, I was amazed at the number of people that is requesting for tickets, I’d always thought scalpers > people wanting tickets. We went to queue for goods, which seemed rather short, we manage to get it in around 2 hours.
Queueing experience: it wasn’t as hot as it should be, since a typhoon is near and a occasion breeze keeps blowing.
We heard them practicing, Shake it, crazy moon, summer splash and hadashi mira. Please note that when you are queueing, people aren't nice. The youngsters are fine but omg, all those obaasans? pushed and squeeze and cut the queue and stuff that it annoyed me to the max.
Apparently, the place where they sell the goods were in a different place, they did it inside a gym this time and omg when you went in, it felt like a sauna. There were 4 different queues, and I queued for all 4. I really love the hooded towel! The posters were a pain in the butt to keep and bring around! I just seriously thank God that Cindy was there to help hold on to my stuff!
We went harajuku for lunch, and I wanted to buy binoculars from Daiso but they were all sold out! So I just bought a poncho instead. Parted with Cindy and head back to Sendagaya, and omg, even after 5 hours or so, the same people and more, were still there asking for tickets D:
Went in and was so nervous~ I even went in the wrong gate! Sat down, and like half an hour before the concert started, a person came up to me and told me I was in her seat and im like ehh? I confirmed with someone about it ! so I started moving, and because I was carrying a huge backpack, a poster holder and a beautiful world bag filled with goods, and she was even nice to ask me if I was ok (:Head to my seat which is just on the row beside it

10 seconds before the concert started, it rained. The concert started with the 5 of them standing at the top of the stadium. At the start, you can see the 5 of them standing there coolly, then you will see one of them fidgeting(that person is aiba, and it will be explained in the mc) while the other 4 are still standing coolly. Then they slide down in sequence. When they did, believe started. Their outfits were quite cool, red and gold in colour (:
The next song was Oh! Yeah! The crowd started getting hyped up~ I was happy waving my penlight to the song~
Then they sang kotoba yori taisetsuna mono.
A.RA.SHI came on and all the audience dance along to it. This song felt special for some reason, like, it was something like something that sort of connect the pieces together. Am not sure why the atmosphere is like that, but you can feel the crowd going ~~
Niji no kakera came on and it was erm, not really fitting song that comes after A.RA.SHI. It was a more soothing sentimental song whereas the crowd just got hyped up, so it felt a little weird. Arashi wore white outfits with a small sash that represents their own colour, then towards the end, the juniors that were in their colour, handed them the balloons and they let them go, and omg the sky was so pretty. The sun was setting and the colourful balloons filled the sky slowly, occasionally getting a slight push from the wind making it look so much more, surreal. I think they totally planned this song at this time cause the sun was setting XD
Summer splash- Nino, sho and aiba were on a platform at my side. This probably wasn’t capture on the camera because it was too much at a side, but sho tried to princess-carry aiba but failed, while nino was at one side jumping like a little boy and throwing twist signs at people. Giant jets of water sprouted out of the aisles, I want to be drenched too ):
Hadashi no mirai, this song, though it was a little weird to be sang at the platform that leads to the fireplace. Normally they members are all spread out across the stadium, and when they did Hadashi mirai, they weren’t facing the same direction, but nevertheless, it was fun doing the furi with them (: It's definitely the best song to wave your penlight to! Especially when they sang, "hashirou~" and you see all the penlights swaying around!
Crazy moon, this was also weird being done at the platform, cause the whole upper row have to twist their necks to see it, but the dance was superb (:
Lucky man was awesome, it was catchy and it hyped the crowd up again. I love doing the furi with the crowd!
Shake it, jun appeared in a red shirt, like, semi buttoned. He was totally showing his belly, it started off with hip thrusts and the dances got more sexy/obscene and all the girls were screaming while I was laughing and blushing. Jun is sexy but I prefer him being DoS then doing those dances. At the end, he unbutton his shirt and semi took it off and everyone screamed~
Ashita no kioku played and it was a weird mood, after a scandalous song, a sentimental song just doesn’t seemed that right. but still <333333
Boku ga boku no Subete played and it was soothing~ it was also refreshing since it’s the first time they sang it in a concert.
Hero was fun, it was a special song for me, but I didn’t have that feeling that they gave me when I listen to if for motivation, but still, they were waving at the crowd like kids and it was cute (:
Jyanakute was, cute. The stage had a little water, so whenever aiba kicks and swishes his leg, you could see water flying. His hair was rather long so it kept swishing here and there and I just wanted to sweep it back for him so much! (oops bias XD)
Konomama motto came on and my first impression was, the polka dot outfit was cute! But it seemed like another version of nino’s 1992. I kept laughing at the lyrics. MY BOO. LOL! MY BOO! HAHAHAHAHA.
Everybody Zenshin was high! We were all doing the furi hoping not to bang into our neighbours.
Kitto Daijoubu, I figured they would do some actions that come with the song, but the didn’t! D: I guess it was only for DVD?
Happiness was fun! Again the furi was awesome!

Sho was saying the pun of Arashi and Arashi (typhoon)and jun chided him for saying the same thing as he did yesterday.
The MC started off with them making fun of Sho while the descend from the top at the starting of the concert, saying that he had went through training for it during the camp, but is still afraid of it. And he was so scared, when he got down, his knees were too stiff to dance. And they were saying they should have come down the way they did in the camp, then ohno should have done the lying down pose.They were also saying, jun and sho were suppose to look at each other in the eyes and signal each other to go, but jun was giving him an expressionless face and the way jun gave that expressionless face was priceless!
Nino then talked about Aiba, being too hyped up for the concert, (remember the fidgeting?) when they were about to slide down, Aiba was too excited and did it too happily, and a couple of times due to that, his butt bumped into nino's. LOL! Jun then said something and aiba laughed and smack him with his towel.
Jun was talking about the concert and having fun, and everyone clapped for him, and aiba was like, “no one claps for me!” and the audience clap and he was like, “thank you! You guys are so kind!” and totally being really happy about it. Aiba took off his jacket and as he put it on, the members threw a huge fuss.
They then talk about uchiwas, saying people wrote messages on both side. Jun said, for example, a nino fan and him met eyes, she would flip the uchiwa over and it would say someone else’s name. Once, this person wrote “Sho” on a uchiwa, but when matsujun looked at her, she flipped it over and it says, “Thank you for the 5 people being in Arashi”.
They then complained about Ohmiya doing the breathing thing that they did in HNA with Koda Kumi while they are preparing for the concert. They made Ohno did it and he did, so you get to see his puffy face live! Madly adorbs. Nino said that totally worked and he had muscles now and the crowd went, ”eeeeh!~” and he was like saying he’s serious and the crowd went, “show us!” Nino was like, “alright!” and everyone screamed. As he undresses, he was saying he has really showy underpants, and showy it was! It was orange and black and green with white polka dots. LOL. Anyway, it was faint but the packs were showing and his flab is gone. WHOA! Then they commented, “it’s great and all, but could you stop doing it at the dressing room? It’s really distracting.”
They then talked about Jun and boxing. Saying he has a boxing scene in his butai and he’s doing it and watching shows related to it, and saying he now has a connection with Ueda from Kattun. He talked about the punching back and saying something like you can’t hit it directly or it’ll come back directly at your or something, Arashi then continued asking a lot about his boxing stuff and he’s like, “you guys are really that interested?!” and then he looked up at the sky and saw the moon saying it’s pretty, then the camera shot it and immediately, dark clouds cover it LOL.
Then this is rather funny.

The part when nino just cut sho halfway by saing the date was really cute. They then said Aiba appeared in the last episode as a new worker, and should appear in the SP too. Aiba was like, “sure sure! Let me in! when’s the filming? Tell me so I can adjust the timing.” And nino just went, “it’s…already over…” and aiba went, “eh..?”
They then talk about Ohno and his Kaibutsu movie, that’s it’s the first time an Arashi member went 3D. they talked about him in India, ohno ate curry there and it was delicious, then he kept stuttering on his words and nino kept making fun of him.
Then was sho, about his movie, and jun was saying, the cms of the movie were really something. He wanted to watch just one, but in the end he watched all the versions of it cause it keeps coming out. They then say that Arashi should watch the movie together, and nino was like, “sure, hey sho, get us tickets.” (being his usual cheapskate self), in the end they asked ohno to pay for it and ohno was like “….?” LOL. They then realized they talked too much and asked, “shall we do the concert?”. XD As they walk back to the main stage, jun wore the hooded towel, it was damn cute! He then did some super cute camera appeals. When they got back to the main stage, they asked him where he got it, he said he just picked it up randomly since it was left on the floor. They asked him where they could get it and jun said it’s being sold at Kokuritsu. LOL.
They sang Rock this, fire blasted out and even i can feel the heat from my place O.O the arena people must be roasted! The animation for Rock this was reallllllllly nice!
Always- this is awesome because I personally like the song. When they sang the, “my heart…” part, they did it with their hands looking like they are really giving their hearts away <3 kyaa
Lotus- was, erm, surreal? For me, because it was out with bartender, when bartender was showing, I was going through a tough time with school and the song and drama saw me throughout, so it reminded me of the tough times and the earthquake. Also, Nino’s solo in the high note sounded awesome (:

Hung up on-let me just say, I didn’t really like this song when I listened to it on the CD, but it was awesome live! Ohno only had 2 backup dancers whereas the rest had more, and the way he does the wavy thing with his legs is really something! In real life, his dances looked more lively and more professional! Kyaaa!
Dokodemo aru uta came on with nino playing on the guitar. It was surreal listening to it live, hearing him hit the high notes and singing it with his might. though there were times he was a little off key XD
Attack it, I know this is late but it’s only after this song that I got hyped up. How could I not?! Attack it should seriously always be sang at the starting! Watching the crowd wave their penlights to the song made me feel so happy~ Nino only sang his aiba x nino parts, the rest jun sang his parts for him as he is preparing.
Morning light was awesome, because the dance is cool (: I’m glad I’m finally able to watch it!
They did a dance here which was really awesome with animation and visual effects. The first part was of a video of the 5 of them dancing, but then it looked really real like it was them, then suddenly the limelight went on and 2 of them were there, acting along with the animation. I can't really see which 2, but they were battling Kaibutsu-kun, whom stretch and became a giant, and stretches his hand to slap/attack then. They then tug on a rope on the screen and drop a 100ton weight and crushed kaibutsu kun, making him ran back to the door. Once, Aiba was at the top of the stadium, and he held up a blind, and drop it and it was jun! Then on the animation, jun dropped to the stage, which he did appear! It took only a second! It really looked like magic!
Mada minu sekai e was awesome! Their dance was a little bit different from the pv and this version is so much more better and prettier! I did the furi with them and was so high, I accidently hit the person infront of me with the penlight, which I totally deeply apologise for! GAHH!
A day in our lives, the starting was longer than usual. I was running out of breath! Though I'm not the one wrapping, i kept yelling "Ne! Hey! someday!"
Trouble maker, the part where Yama tried to make the heart was funny, cause ohno messed up, and they were in separate screens, so sho pretended to whack ohno on the screen and ohno reacted and acted like he was really in pain yet he was laughing. HAHA!
Ending greeting. Sho, aiba and jun looked like they were about to cry. Typically jun, since you can hear him gulping it back and he was sniffing and touching his nose.
I really love nino’s and jun’s message. the other 4 members talked about the 12 years, how they are really grateful. What happened within these years and stuff.
But when nino came on, he said something different.
A rough summary, he said , “Beautiful World, I belive there is something like that. Being about to stand here, with you guys, and those 4, it’s really something. A beautiful world is out there, be it with your family, friends, and it’s not something that you can make. I’ve seen a lot of beautufil world with these 4 guys, and thanks for all your support that led us till here.”
Because the crowded was listening so intently to his speech, he went, “thank you for being so quiet listening to me.” LOL! And we laughed.(because seriously, nino fans' have a tendency to interrupt.)
Jun’s one was awesome too, saying that in 10 days, it would be their 13th anniversary.(he was totally counting XD) He was grateful we can make it for the concert, because not a lot of people can especially when the date is postponed. He also said that, After the concert, when we get back, we would share this happiness with our family and friends by telling them about the concert, and then that happiness will spread. For the sake of that happiness, they are working hard for us.
I found that really sweet and really true.

Tooku made was fun! The fireworks came on with all their colours! It was so pretty and everyone was staring, awed.
Kansha Kangeki- i can only remember ohno's voice and sho's rap from this song. And the way after every verse the crowd would chorused, "ARASHI!"
Natsu no namae- nostalgic song XD love it!
Fight song,they played janken, jun and sho lost. So the other 3 took the lift up while jun and sho climbed the stairs.
Love so sweet, One love- always love this song when jun sings his solo.
Gori muchuu- this song is so hyper! In the end, they did around 3 hyper jumps with the audience.They came out again and sho did the , YEAH YEAH YEAH thing with the crowd. They were totally giving sho the T.T look for messing with the audience, after goofing around, jun said: “alright, we are going to start the next song…” but no music played and everyone was like ??? and he suddenly went, all the people lets, and the crowd caught it in time to go “Yeah yeah yeah! “ together and the rest of the members were like, nani kore?!
5x10- when jun talk about it, he was saying, “alright, this will REALLY be the last song.” And the crowd went, “ehhhhhhhhhhh!~~” and he went, “then shall we stop?” and he laughed. That laugh was so amazing, he was slightly embarrassed yet happy and find it funny at the same time, and that smile totally munekyun-ed me. I was really glad they sing 5x10, since it’s my fav song and they only sang it in their anniversary concert once.
Btw, on the video montage, it turns out that the pictures they receive and pasted on the Beautiful World signboard was pasted by the member's themselves! and the photos of them pasting them were really natural, sweet and awesome! gahhhhh~

If that memory can be made into something solid, I would totally do my best to make it. Now it’s a memory alive inside of me (: The concert today was… natural? I was sad they didn’t dance a lot and the song arrangements were a little weird, but nevertheless, it was fun. It was natural because you don’t see camera appeals or anything that you see on the dvd, it’s just them having fun and being totally themselves. Sure it’s not as nice to watch as DVD, but you get to see another side of them so it’s good (: PLUS I SAW NINO’S UNDERWEAR AND PACKS, IT IS WORTH IT. Doing Furi with the audience is pretty interesting too, it’s different from watching it and you realized there are some furis that you don’t know about.
Though they never say this, I can feel it from them. That, even though concerts might be fully seated and there’s no more space for many people, there’s always space in Arashi’s heart for you (:
Even though Aiba only came to my side like twice, and totally lack an existence in this concert, i still love him. He was just too special, being able to hear his voice is enough to moved me. Jun and nino were totally stealing my heart today (: Sho waved like a mad kid sometimes which can be pretty cute! and ohno, he hardly talks but he was at my side a lot so erm, he had more of an existence compared to Aiba.
This might sound weird but I'm kind of happy. Like when my seat is too far away, it's hard to make out who is who, you could tell from their gestures and aura. Like the way Jun walks, the way nino bounces on the stage, the way Aiba moves, they way sho points at people and the way ohno slouches and walks XD I guess it means, i knew them well through the show, and i thank god they are still them, the Arashi i know and love, even in real life (:

Attack it, I know this is late but it’s only after this song that I got hyped up. How could I not?! Attack it should seriously always be sang at the starting! Watching the crowd wave their penlights to the song made me feel so happy~ Nino only sang his aiba x nino parts, the rest jun sang his parts for him as he is preparing.
Morning light was awesome, because the dance is cool (: I’m glad I’m finally able to watch it!
They did a dance here which was really awesome with animation and visual effects. The first part was of a video of the 5 of them dancing, but then it looked really real like it was them, then suddenly the limelight went on and 2 of them were there, acting along with the animation. I can't really see which 2, but they were battling Kaibutsu-kun, whom stretch and became a giant, and stretches his hand to slap/attack then. They then tug on a rope on the screen and drop a 100ton weight and crushed kaibutsu kun, making him ran back to the door. Once, Aiba was at the top of the stadium, and he held up a blind, and drop it and it was jun! Then on the animation, jun dropped to the stage, which he did appear! It took only a second! It really looked like magic!
Mada minu sekai e was awesome! Their dance was a little bit different from the pv and this version is so much more better and prettier! I did the furi with them and was so high, I accidently hit the person infront of me with the penlight, which I totally deeply apologise for! GAHH!
A day in our lives, the starting was longer than usual. I was running out of breath! Though I'm not the one wrapping, i kept yelling "Ne! Hey! someday!"
Trouble maker, the part where Yama tried to make the heart was funny, cause ohno messed up, and they were in separate screens, so sho pretended to whack ohno on the screen and ohno reacted and acted like he was really in pain yet he was laughing. HAHA!
Ending greeting. Sho, aiba and jun looked like they were about to cry. Typically jun, since you can hear him gulping it back and he was sniffing and touching his nose.
I really love nino’s and jun’s message. the other 4 members talked about the 12 years, how they are really grateful. What happened within these years and stuff.
But when nino came on, he said something different.
A rough summary, he said , “Beautiful World, I belive there is something like that. Being about to stand here, with you guys, and those 4, it’s really something. A beautiful world is out there, be it with your family, friends, and it’s not something that you can make. I’ve seen a lot of beautufil world with these 4 guys, and thanks for all your support that led us till here.”
Because the crowded was listening so intently to his speech, he went, “thank you for being so quiet listening to me.” LOL! And we laughed.(because seriously, nino fans' have a tendency to interrupt.)
Jun’s one was awesome too, saying that in 10 days, it would be their 13th anniversary.(he was totally counting XD) He was grateful we can make it for the concert, because not a lot of people can especially when the date is postponed. He also said that, After the concert, when we get back, we would share this happiness with our family and friends by telling them about the concert, and then that happiness will spread. For the sake of that happiness, they are working hard for us.
I found that really sweet and really true.

Tooku made was fun! The fireworks came on with all their colours! It was so pretty and everyone was staring, awed.
Kansha Kangeki- i can only remember ohno's voice and sho's rap from this song. And the way after every verse the crowd would chorused, "ARASHI!"
Natsu no namae- nostalgic song XD love it!
Fight song,they played janken, jun and sho lost. So the other 3 took the lift up while jun and sho climbed the stairs.
Love so sweet, One love- always love this song when jun sings his solo.
Gori muchuu- this song is so hyper! In the end, they did around 3 hyper jumps with the audience.They came out again and sho did the , YEAH YEAH YEAH thing with the crowd. They were totally giving sho the T.T look for messing with the audience, after goofing around, jun said: “alright, we are going to start the next song…” but no music played and everyone was like ??? and he suddenly went, all the people lets, and the crowd caught it in time to go “Yeah yeah yeah! “ together and the rest of the members were like, nani kore?!
5x10- when jun talk about it, he was saying, “alright, this will REALLY be the last song.” And the crowd went, “ehhhhhhhhhhh!~~” and he went, “then shall we stop?” and he laughed. That laugh was so amazing, he was slightly embarrassed yet happy and find it funny at the same time, and that smile totally munekyun-ed me. I was really glad they sing 5x10, since it’s my fav song and they only sang it in their anniversary concert once.
Btw, on the video montage, it turns out that the pictures they receive and pasted on the Beautiful World signboard was pasted by the member's themselves! and the photos of them pasting them were really natural, sweet and awesome! gahhhhh~

If that memory can be made into something solid, I would totally do my best to make it. Now it’s a memory alive inside of me (: The concert today was… natural? I was sad they didn’t dance a lot and the song arrangements were a little weird, but nevertheless, it was fun. It was natural because you don’t see camera appeals or anything that you see on the dvd, it’s just them having fun and being totally themselves. Sure it’s not as nice to watch as DVD, but you get to see another side of them so it’s good (: PLUS I SAW NINO’S UNDERWEAR AND PACKS, IT IS WORTH IT. Doing Furi with the audience is pretty interesting too, it’s different from watching it and you realized there are some furis that you don’t know about.
Though they never say this, I can feel it from them. That, even though concerts might be fully seated and there’s no more space for many people, there’s always space in Arashi’s heart for you (:
Even though Aiba only came to my side like twice, and totally lack an existence in this concert, i still love him. He was just too special, being able to hear his voice is enough to moved me. Jun and nino were totally stealing my heart today (: Sho waved like a mad kid sometimes which can be pretty cute! and ohno, he hardly talks but he was at my side a lot so erm, he had more of an existence compared to Aiba.
This might sound weird but I'm kind of happy. Like when my seat is too far away, it's hard to make out who is who, you could tell from their gestures and aura. Like the way Jun walks, the way nino bounces on the stage, the way Aiba moves, they way sho points at people and the way ohno slouches and walks XD I guess it means, i knew them well through the show, and i thank god they are still them, the Arashi i know and love, even in real life (:
