I wanted Near to look as serious possible. He might look young and he might play with toys, but he's not an innocent and cute kid. With that thought in mind, I drew this fanart.

I'd wish him a nice day, but I'm sure that he'd just spend it working ; (maybe the SPK agents can give him any small birthday cake or something).
