Yay to your husband! That is lovely. Isn't it just marvellous to have supportive and understanding partners in life? I know it makes me feel very very lucky. :)

Yeah. :) And I know if I had ever asked him if he would buy the parts for me, he would have said yes... but thats just not my way to ask. I think it comes from not having all that much spare money when I was growing up and becoming very shy about ever directly asking for stuff, especially if it was expensive. The way I see it, I've got plenty of 'stuff' now and if I want new stuff, I should sell old stuff. No need to be a packrat. But sometimes converting old to new takes too long for comfort! :P

Thanks for the sentiment. :) But you know, I haven't actually listed anything that I don't want to sell anyways. Some of it is really nice stuff which I do like and have enjoyed quite a lot, but I know it is time for it to go elsewhere. I'm going to leave everything up for sale, it's just that now I won't feel as disappointed every morning when I check my inbox for PMs and there aren't any...

Wasn't it sweet? :) He had gotten his yearly bonus from work and he said he thought that buying the replacement parts would be an excellent thing to do with some of it.
