My favorite show, too. The characters are relatively complex, and now that the AI is coming into its own (and not just mindless killing robots), it's really starting to explore some deep themes of existence, personhood, God, and other big philosophical problems. That, and action and mystery.

I watched T:SCC and Dollhouse consecutively on hulu this morning. I found it interesting that on Terminator, the computers act similar to humans (rational, free will, making moral judgements, etc.). On Dollhouse, the humans are treated similar to computers (memory wipes, brain programming).
