so I'm watching Torchwood: Children of Earth......
I just watched the fourth episode and somehow managed to stay spoiler free all this time (perhaps because I was gone when it first aired). I'm not even sure I'm going to watch the last episode. but I spoiled myself about it just to make sure Ianto actually stays dead. I saw his death coming from episode one but thought, "no, no, maybe THIS time my annoying habit of figuring out every plot twist on shows is wrong!" sigh.
and you know, it's not even that they killed my favourite character. it's that they killed off EVERY character except for Gwen and Jack. and Gwen is preggers and once she has the baby she'll be boring as hell (that's what always happens to characters on TV for me). there's nothing left of the original show that I loved. I don't want to watch a show that's all about Jack and a new team because that's an entirely new show that I'm not interested in.
I'm not even really that angry, just very disappointed.
okay, I am a bit angry that Ianto got the LAMEST DEATH ever. SERIOUSLY.
