HOW TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL MANAGER
Critical Thinking

Disclaimer: The contents you are about to read are from an actual term paper submitted for "Critical Thinking". This is from a student of De La Salle University and my brother was kind enough to give me a copy to laugh over. XDDD

Part I:

Before any person become to a manager (Putang ina. First sentence and I know this is going to be one hell of a read), they must think about these important questions: how? And how to become the successful one? For my opinion, I think that a manager must be a very clear person (TRANSPARENCY SETTINGS, PLEASE!!! lulz!), who can do any well even whenever he or she faced the different (On the count of three: HUHHHHHH????). He always can dispose of questions quickly and relaxed (Ahhhhh... *nods* That's enlightening). He is a very good leader, he can lead others do their work well. He is a trustworthiness person (So he's a noun or some other part of the English language?), not only for customers, but also for the other peoples. He can requirement himself strictly, he can done everything what he said and he can do everything first that he requirement others to do. He can think about things from others position (Like from company's benefit and from customer's benefit) before he decides something. He approaches his subordinates must be kindly, but he have proper restraint, he know who to control the whole relationship (for another words is, he know the fit time when he must be strictly). *brain is already crying in pain at this point*

A manager as a leader of a company, he need to have the "execute ability" (So does he shoot you in the face or does he slit your jugular?), the execute ability is means when a manager make a plant (Oh, so he's a farmer who works as a hired killer too? Or is that a typo? That's gotta be a typo, right?), all of the worker will following his plant to working (I'm still hoping that was a typo). The whole company must be like an entirety, like a team, all of the workers in a company need to unite as one (Yes, yes, we get that already. Keep going in circles). But this is not equal to the bureaucratism, it is not means that the subordinate must be subordinated to the superordinated's directive, even if the leader's decide is wrong or it is not reasonable. That the plant (...Great. It's not a typo.) must be correct and reasonable which is need to following by any part of the company, if it has some unreasonable place, any one in the company can give the correct objection to make it be correct (Whuh? Where are you trying to take me???).

(*BRAINFAIL* I have this mental image of a man dressed in a business suit, sitting at his desk and stroking a potted plant and cooing at it and letting it decide for everything that the company does. Everything from "come on, Plantie, let's go to work~" to "LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO! THE COMPANY FAILED! BAD PLANT! BAD PLANT!")

So as a manager in the company need frequently to think more and think much more carefully. All of person in a company must have sense of responsibility, if all of the part can do their best, a company how can not come to be a stranger (Typo again?) one? If a manager can let his company become the stranger (*gawks* Nevermind... that's too much to hope for... -_-) one, how can him can not be a successful manager? I remembered one person said that a company need the execute (This person's definitely talking about a terrorist leader. *nods*) in the world.

A person must have his personality, the leader also (LOL.). This is the individual character display at a leader need to have pursued consummate spirit (*ded of lulz*). It is requirement people to do something must have serious attitude. Except that every people in the company must persist in the requirement standard that was formulated in the company. At the same time there have a very important things is that we need pay attention to the details. Many people were not pay attention to the details when they are working, because they think that the details can not become a big wrong. Is this a correct mind (I dunno. Is yours screwed on right? XD)? The answer from me is no.

Given an example like that: there have a very big hospital in a city, and it is the one that have the honorary title. In this hospital, they have the very advance medical treatment equipment, have the doctors whom owned the very advanced experience, and the whole hospital is very clean and comfortable (Hospital or hotel?). But one day, a very grievous medical treatment accident was happened by the details (*insert creepy gong music here*). One of the patient whom was living (LIVING??? They can do that now? XDXDXD) at this hospital, he has just finished the operation, in fact this is a very small operation and it's doesn't matter anymore. But because of the nurse whom was have an intravenous drip for this patient was not take care to read the list and got a wrong medicament, the patient was die (Awwwwww. Sad. T^T). How do you think about this thing? It is just the detail, but the result it bring in is very grievous. If you are a patient, can you chose this hospital? Of course, not. People went to the hospital is in order to get a health (That could be a new phrase! XD "Get a health!" instead of "Get a life!" XDXD) when they go back home, but not to get a worse circumstances.

The same for the company, if a company is always make many inferior quantity goods, because of the workers don't pay attention to the details. How can this company's economics become much better? The customers whom by the goods from your company will not say anything at the first time, but at the second and third time may be they will not want to become your partner again. So from here, you can know how important the details are. (Hi, My name is Maia. You have just killed my language. Prepare to hire me.)
