Chapter 9
Hikaru don’t know what is going to happen in the next hours but he surely can feel that something is about to happen. Wandering why he thought like that? Well, the reason lies to a person who’s currently sipping his coffee alone in one of the table inside his restaurant. He glance at him for a while and then let out a long sigh. His eyes move to Yabu who’s busy with his work behind the counter. The latter are unaware that Hikaru was looking at him and was doing his work like usual.
Hikaru stop his work and walked to the staff room at the back, heading straight toward Daiki who just came out from the toilet and immediately blocked his way without any reason. “What’s going on? I need to go back doing my work?” Daiki asked confusingly.
“You don’t have to go out.” Hikaru said while looking straight to Daiki eyes’ “I want you to do the work at the back door- you don’t have to serve the customers after this.”
Daiki tilt his head, he can’t understand why suddenly Hikaru changed his work. “But why?” He asked again.
“I have my own reason and since it’s almost closing time, there is not much customer anymore. Anyone else could handle the job.”
“But I-” Daiki wanted to ask more but Hikaru already cut his words.
“No more question, now go throw away the trash into the trashcan.” Hikaru said while pointing his forefinger to the bundle of the trash bags located next to the exit door.
Daiki glance at the trash then back to Hikaru, his face showed that he refuse to do it. “NOW!” Hikaru demand and he can’t do anything but to obey. Well, Hikaru is his manager… he don’t wanna lose his jobs.
“Hai~” Daiki answered weakly and drag his foot to the trash bags.

It is closing time for the restaurant, the earlier guy were no longer inside this place but Hikaru know he still nearby. He still refuse to let Daiki come out, he don’t wanna involve him in his matter.
However Daiki is not that person who easily obey other’s command without any proper explanation. Slowly he opened the door and peek. He was right about something was odd when Hikaru suddenly forced him to change his work. Currently there is only Hikaru and Yabu inside the restaurant with a stranger which he recognize as his own bestfriend, Inoo Kei. That guy just entered the restaurant.
And Hikaru is not that dumb to not know that Daiki is listening to their conversation. But all his attention now are on Yabu and his boyfriend. He didn’t say any words, he refuse to start the conversation. He wanna heard everything from them. So he’ll just wait with a composed façade, acting like he knew nothing.
Yabu had asked Inoo to come back as soon as after there’s no more customer inside the restaurant. That’s why now Inoo is here with him. He still feel so afraid and unconfident with their plan. But that’s all just his thought, afraid or not… now is not the time to retreat. “Umm… Hika, could we talk?” He asked the soon to be just his bestfriend.
“Sure” Hikaru answered while taking off his apron of his clothes. He put the apron on a table then resting the back of his body at the wall.
“But first, I would like to say sorry, because what am I about to say will definitely broke your heart.”
“Okay, apology accepted!” Hikaru replied nonchalantly.
Seeing that Hikaru acted so casually, Yabu somehow lose little of his confident. It’s a big prove that Hikaru was unaware about what’s going on behind his back. “Actually…. Umm…” He trailed of, “I umm…” Yabu inhale deeply before saying it in one go. “I want us to break up!”
He sure is feel so hurt when he heard that words coming out from Yabu mouth. Hikaru closed his eyes tightly, trying to slowly remove the hurtful feeling. He admit it that he feel so hurt, but to compare it with the first time he know that Yabu already have someone else with now… now is just slightly hurt. It’s not so deep and he manage to toss his away from his heart. Hikaru slowly open up his eyes. “Souka… I never thought that our relationship will end like this.”
Hikaru eyes move to Inoo. “Is he the person? He’s cute…” He said and smile to Inoo.
“N…nice to meet you!” Inoo bowed his body a little. “Inoo Kei desu!”
“Nice to meet you too, Kei-san.” Hikaru replied and another smile formed on his face.
It’s shocking to know that it’s ended without any problem. Yabu is stiffed on his place as his eyes are glued to Hikaru who’s smiling at him. He thought that Hikaru will at least punch him, but here he’s… feeling so shocked that actually Hikaru replied so professional. He even smiled to Inoo and that smile is not a fake smile. “Why… I don’t get it?”
Hikaru chuckles, “You must feel so shocked that I was able to respond casually right? Well, the reason is that I already knew about this.”
“Heh?!” Yabu shot his eyes open. Inoo also couldn’t believe it that actually they already been discovered by Yabu ex.
“Shocked right… well, I admit it that the first time I learn that you already have someone else; I feel so broken. But that thing also had teach me to always get up again each time I fall. Its take time for a broken heart to fully healed but…. I know I’ll be okay.”
“Omedetou…” He wished for both of them. As a good friend he should support them right? Another smile formed on his face. A genuine smile.
Yabu don’t know what is the right thing to do now. His body bring his to run forward and hug the latter tightly. Hikaru is startle with the sudden hug and was unable to reply it. All part of his body feel so weak to move. “Arigato…” A soft whisper coming from Yabu which Hikaru just reply it with nodding his head. Yabu pulled off his body of Hikaru and step backward to Inoo. A relieve smile tugged up the latter face as he glance at Yabu.
“Ah, and Kei-san, I want you to meet with someone.” Hikaru said and then pushed his body off of the wall and walk toward the door. In one hard pull, Daiki is pulled forward along with the door and landed perfectly on Hikaru arms. He get Daiki to standing while facing Yabu and Inoo. “You know him right.”
“Dai-chan!” Inoo exclaimed.
Daiki also startle that actually Hikaru know he was listening to them. “H… Hi” He greet them.
“Kei you know him?” Yabu asked and Inoo nodding his head.
“He’s my friend…”
“You right… he’s your friend.” Hikaru said and then pulled Daiki close to him. “Apparently he’s the one who manage to steal my heart.”
“Eh?!!” All of them except Hikaru were shocked to hear what the latter just said. Even Daiki was startle. He knew nothing.
Hikaru turned to look at Inoo. “Dakara… please take care of Kota. And please do come again, you’re very welcomed here.”
“Hikaru… you, and Daiki… are you…” Yabu try to speak, but he voice was stammered.
“Yup, you got us right… we’re dating. Sorry but I also were not honest with you…” Hikaru replied nonchalantly.
He need an explanation and he want it quick. Daiki currently in state that he couldn’t find which one is right and which one is wrong. He was dragged into a mess up situation and trapped inside it.

Okay let’s leave Daiki and Hikaru for a while and turn back to our protagonist. Let’s started back after they finish their date…
The simple yet memorable date ended when Yuto parked his car in front of Ryosuke houses’. It’s not a very long date but both of them were satisfied with it. They were able to be honest with themselves. Telling each other that he love him so much and have always missing each other warmness.
Ryosuke frown when he saw Yuto following from behind him when he is heading towards his house. He thought that Yuto will go back home after they finish shopping. “Yuto wait!” Ryosuke stopped the taller guy. “Why’re you still following me?” He asked him. Yuto looked at him with an innocent look and said- “Can’t I?”
“I already accompany you right, so now let me finish my work. There’s still a lot of thing need to be done before tomorrow come.” Ryosuke said while struggling to stop Yuto from crossing over him and enter his house without his permission.
“I’m hungry… make me some dinner.” Yuto requested while showing Ryosuke his cute puppy eyes. But Ryosuke is not that easy to fall for Yuto cuteness- he still won’t let Yuto follow him inside. “Go home if you wanna eat, this is not a restaurant.”
Yuto hand which was strongly holding the door to make it stay open, fall limply to his side. His lip curved a pout as he lowering his head. “Wakatta… sorry for being such a burden to you, I will leave now.” He said slowly in sad tone.
Slowly Yuto retreat back to his own car. He stopped for a second and turn around, looking at Ryosuke who still standing at the door. “I thought that today I could have a proper dinner, I never eat something homemade since I moved here- but…” Yuto stopped as he look a little hesitated. He looks like he wanna said something but refuse to do so. Yuto shake his head lightly and turn around back to walk away.
“Stop!”
Yuto paused his step when he heard a shout and in the same time someone grabbed his hand. Since there is no one else there beside him and Ryosuke, and judging from the softness… Yuto know Ryosuke had stopped him. A grin tugged up from his lips. Yuto thought that maybe he could tease Ryosuke a little more so he pretended to be sulking with the latter. “Nande? Why did you stop me? You don’t want me to be here right?”
“Baka! Quit pretending, I know you’re smiling…” Ryosuke replied.
“No I’m not!”
Ryosuke rolled his eyes as annoying feeling engulfing his body. “Do you really want me to shoo you away?” He asked sarcastically. Yuto quickly shake his head frantically.
“Good…” Ryosuke pulled Yuto inside and close the door after that. “But first… since you are here, help me finish all this.” Ryosuke said while pointing to the mess up living room.
“No problem!” Yuto replied energetically while giving Ryosuke a salute gesture.
So that’s how their date are continued. Yuto busy cleaning the living room while Ryosuke cook their dinner. Ryosuke sometime will steal a glance at Yuto. There’s a reason why he don’t wanna Yuto to be here. And the reason was so obvious, it’s because there will be just the two of them in the house. Ryosuke can’t help but feeling a little nervous.
“Oh wait, I still have Dai-chan!” Ryosuke exclaimed happily but then suddenly something somewhere deep inside his heart are wishing that Daiki won’t come back home tonight. “Damn it! Why did I thought like that?” He cursed.
“What’s wrong?”
Ryosuke look at the entrance door and found Yuto currently watching him. “Nothing!” He answered and continue cooking.
It took another ten minutes for Ryosuke to finish cooking and serve the food. Yuto sit at the opposite side of Ryosuke and happily enjoying his dinner. He’s not lying earlier when he said that he never eat homemade cooking since he didn’t know how to cook properly. He have ty once and the food end up to be something that human definitely can’t eat. So he give up and just have a frozen food every day.
“Ryosuke…”
“Umm?”
“How did you meet with Arioka-san?”
“Hmm… at first he was just a new worker at Hikaru restaurants’. I found out that actually he’s trying to find a new place to live so I invite him to live with me.”
“Souka…” Yuto nodding his head lightly. Then he realize something, something that’s so important.
“Ryosuke!” He suddenly shouted his name, making Ryosuke to startle.
“Yes!”
“Did you sleep with him?” Yuto pressed his words to show that he’s so curious to know. Yuto almost wanted to faint when he saw Ryosuke nodding his head.
“Yeah we did… we live together right, so we should sleep together too…”
“Why, is there something wrong with it?” Ryosuke asked dumbly while looking at Yuto like a little kid who know nothing about the adult world.
Yuto gasped and then slamming his palms on the table. “It is!” He shouted madly. “How can you sound so casually though that it was actually a big problem? How dare you to be with someone else!” Yuto said while glaring at Ryosuke. His heart are burning with jealousy right now. Sleeping with Daiki means that Ryosuke is cheating with him! But when Yuto see Ryosuke laughing, all his angry and jealous earlier totally washed off from his body. He look curiously at Ryosuke. “Why suddenly laughing?”
“I know you will respond like that… it’s so funny to watch you getting so mad and jealous in the same time.” Ryosuke answered while trying to hold himself from cracking another laugh.
Yuto face beaming excitedly. “So you mean that…”
“Of course it’s a lie! We have our own bedroom.”
Knowing that he just get fooled by Ryosuke give no respond to Yuto. He’s concerning more about the sleeping matter and feel so relive that actually it just a lie. “Yokatta~~”

They walked in silent. Daiki is a few step ahead of Hikaru with Yuusuke on his arms, currently sleeping. He can’t easily forget what’s happening earlier. I wonder what he is thinking now. Daiki turn his head a little to look at the latter. He’s so good in acting. There’s no sign of hurt reflected on his eyes. Everything look normal to him.
“Dai-chan…”
“Ah, yes?” Daiki snapped when he heard Hikaru voice.
“You just walk pass my house.” Hikaru said while pointing his finger to his right side.
Daiki head turned to where Hikaru was pointing his finger and yes, indeed he miss the house. “Gomen… I didn’t realize it.” He apologize and walked to the house with Hikaru now taking the lead.
Daiki walked to the living room and put down Yuusuke at the couch. Hikaru already nowhere to be seen so Daiki decided to just leave. “Wait!” Daiki turn around and see Hikaru standing behind him with some drink on his hand. “What?’ Daiki asked him.
“Drink with me first.”
Daiki eyes widen and he quickly shake his head. “No way!” He rejected Hikaru offer.
Hikaru creased his forehead. “Why not?” He asked. “Don’t worry, I won’t do something inappropriate to you again like that time.”
Daiki gasped. “You… you remember?”
“Yeah…” He answered slowly. “Umm… sorry because I kissed you.” Hikaru apologize, it’s not so clear but Daiki still can see that Hikaru is a little blushing. “So… umm… will you?” He asked again.
Daiki shrugged his shoulder. “Why not, it’s okay if it didn’t include anything inappropriate since Yuusuke is here with us.” Daiki said as his eyes move to look at the sleeping Yuusuke on the couch. “Besides, I still have some question to ask you.”
“Then stay here… with that you can ask me anything you want right.”
“Yeah, I’ll thought about that later.”
Since they don’t wanna disturb Yuusuke, Hikaru bring Daiki to the veranda. He give the latter a can of juice because Daiki refuse to accept to drink alcohol that night. They then sit on the cold tile with head looking up at the sky. The sky was dark without any stars so they attention back to each other. “So… why did you lie to Yabu about us?” Daiki asked.
“So that Kota won’t feel guilty for leaving me… I know he will feel like that. Sorry if I make you surprise.”
“Who not…” Daiki said and then sighed… he open up the can and drink the juice. “So what now?”
“Simple! We’re dating…” Hikaru answered nonchalantly.
“Don’t joke around will you! Who wanna date you! I don’t wanna date you!” Daiki shouted. Serious he don’t wanna date Hikaru, because of what? He don’t know why either… just; he don’t want to…
“Why not? If we’re not dating then Kota will know that I’m lying to him.”

“Shh…” Hikaru manage to shut Daiki rants with pressing his forefinger on the latter lips. “Don’t shout, Yuusuke will wake up.” When he sure Daiki won’t shout anymore he pulled off his finger of the latter lips and smile. “That’s better… you don’t have to shout like that. I don’t wanna Yuusuke to wake up because of it.”
“Gomen…” Daiki slowly apologize. “But I still thought that you don’t have to say that we’re dating… it’s obviously a big lie.”
“That part really was a lie… but the part before that was true.”
“Eh?”
“You did stole my heart Dai-chan… I’m not lying about that.” Hikaru said as his hand move to hold Daiki chins’ and lift it up. “I’m not lying…” He say it again. Trying to convince Daiki that he really are not and telling the true.
Daiki could feel that his face are heated up by Hikaru words. “I… I… I can’t;” He try to speak and swatted Hikaru hands’ away from his chin. “Even if it’s true… you should know that I still love Yama-chan.” Daiki said.
“Yeah, I know… not like I asked you to accept me right, I still don’t know if what I’m feeling is true or just a feeling that appear because of hurt and pity.” Hikaru voiced out his feeling. “So don’t you dare to avoid me because of this thing okay?” He added more when he saw Daiki is making some distance between them there.
“Sorry…”
They back to silent. “I think it’s time for you to go back home… Dai… ki?” Hikaru paused when he feel something heavy just landed on his shoulder. He turn his head to his side and found Daiki already fell asleep. His lips formed a small smile. “Or not…”
Hikaru slowly lift Daiki head from his shoulder and put the latter on the tiles. He stand up and lean down to lift up Daiki and bring him inside. “You must be so tired to fall asleep…” He whispered and bring Daiki to his room. He carefully put the latter on his bed and pull the blanket to cover his body from the cold midnight air.
Hikaru then walked to his closet and take out an extra pillow and blanket. “Oyasumi…” He whispered before slowly shut the door close after he go out.
He walk to the couch and put the blanket on Yuusuke body. He take the opposite couch with the little kid and lay down. “Look like I’m going to sleep with you here… Oyasumi~”

He don’t know when he will get this chance again… to be able to stay so close to the person he love so much. Carefully stroking his soft brown hair like this. Yuto smile as he watch Ryosuke who had fallen asleep at the dining table beside the newly made strawberry cake. Ryosuke must had thought that he could take a little nap there but end up falling into a deep sleep. “Come on… don’t sleep there… go to your room.” Yuto said, but no answer from the latter. Well, not like Yuto wanted to wake Ryosuke up from his sweet slumber; just he is worried that he will catch cold if he continue to sleep there.
Slowly Yuto walk nearing Ryosuke. He carefully remove the whipped cream bottle from the latter hands’ and slowly he lift him up bridal style. Yuto don’t know which one is Ryosuke bedroom so he just abruptly bragging in. “Ops! Wrong room~~” He said when he realize he just entered Daiki rooms’ since he saw Daiki picture beside the bed. He turn to the opposite side, to the other room and slowly opening the door.
Ryosuke body is putted carefully on the bed. The latter move a little when his body touch the bedsheet. Yuto pulled up the blanket to cover Ryosuke body till only the upper part of his chest is revealed. Yuto take a sit next to the sleeping Ryosuke on the bed. Silently admiring the latter beauties. “Oyasumi…” He whispered as his hand move to touch Ryosuke bangs which is falling and covering his eyes.
His hand which roaming on Ryosuke face accidently touched the latter lips, circling his finger around the area. Yuto stopped doing so when he see Ryosuke moved a little and immediately pulled his hand off of the latter lips. Yuto sigh in relive because his activities didn’t wake Ryosuke up. If the reader are wondering what are Yuto feeling right now… there is a lot of things lingering inside his mind. Some of it contain the happiness he’s feeling and some of it are the sadness and worried feeling. Will he be able to stay like this with Ryosuke till forever? But he surely know one thing… Yuto lean his head down to capture Ryosuke lips. Giving it’s a chanted kiss and pulled his head back after a few second.
Yuto leaned down again but not to kiss but just pressing their forehead together. “I promise that I won’t leave you anymore… I won’t make you suffer anymore… I’ll make you happy Ryosuke, I’ll…” Yuto slowly whispered, saying all his promise to Ryosuke. He won’t let Ryosuke go anymore, he won’t let the same thing happened four years ago to happen again. He won’t and that is his promise to the person who hold the special place inside his heart…
Yuto pulled away and slowly slipping his body down from the bed to sit at the floor. He wanted to accompany Ryosuke but he know he’ll definitely kicked if he sleep with him on the bed. So for his safety, Yuto sit beside the bed… in a few minutes, he also fall into a deep sleep-

“Yup, you got us right… we’re dating. Sorry but I also were not honest with you…” Hikaru replied nonchalantly.
He need an explanation and he want it quick. Daiki currently in state that he couldn’t find which one is right and which one is wrong. He was dragged into a mess up situation and trapped inside it.

Okay let’s leave Daiki and Hikaru for a while and turn back to our protagonist. Let’s started back after they finish their date…
The simple yet memorable date ended when Yuto parked his car in front of Ryosuke houses’. It’s not a very long date but both of them were satisfied with it. They were able to be honest with themselves. Telling each other that he love him so much and have always missing each other warmness.
Ryosuke frown when he saw Yuto following from behind him when he is heading towards his house. He thought that Yuto will go back home after they finish shopping. “Yuto wait!” Ryosuke stopped the taller guy. “Why’re you still following me?” He asked him. Yuto looked at him with an innocent look and said- “Can’t I?”
“I already accompany you right, so now let me finish my work. There’s still a lot of thing need to be done before tomorrow come.” Ryosuke said while struggling to stop Yuto from crossing over him and enter his house without his permission.
“I’m hungry… make me some dinner.” Yuto requested while showing Ryosuke his cute puppy eyes. But Ryosuke is not that easy to fall for Yuto cuteness- he still won’t let Yuto follow him inside. “Go home if you wanna eat, this is not a restaurant.”
Yuto hand which was strongly holding the door to make it stay open, fall limply to his side. His lip curved a pout as he lowering his head. “Wakatta… sorry for being such a burden to you, I will leave now.” He said slowly in sad tone.
Slowly Yuto retreat back to his own car. He stopped for a second and turn around, looking at Ryosuke who still standing at the door. “I thought that today I could have a proper dinner, I never eat something homemade since I moved here- but…” Yuto stopped as he look a little hesitated. He looks like he wanna said something but refuse to do so. Yuto shake his head lightly and turn around back to walk away.
“Stop!”
Yuto paused his step when he heard a shout and in the same time someone grabbed his hand. Since there is no one else there beside him and Ryosuke, and judging from the softness… Yuto know Ryosuke had stopped him. A grin tugged up from his lips. Yuto thought that maybe he could tease Ryosuke a little more so he pretended to be sulking with the latter. “Nande? Why did you stop me? You don’t want me to be here right?”
“Baka! Quit pretending, I know you’re smiling…” Ryosuke replied.
“No I’m not!”
Ryosuke rolled his eyes as annoying feeling engulfing his body. “Do you really want me to shoo you away?” He asked sarcastically. Yuto quickly shake his head frantically.
“Good…” Ryosuke pulled Yuto inside and close the door after that. “But first… since you are here, help me finish all this.” Ryosuke said while pointing to the mess up living room.
“No problem!” Yuto replied energetically while giving Ryosuke a salute gesture.
So that’s how their date are continued. Yuto busy cleaning the living room while Ryosuke cook their dinner. Ryosuke sometime will steal a glance at Yuto. There’s a reason why he don’t wanna Yuto to be here. And the reason was so obvious, it’s because there will be just the two of them in the house. Ryosuke can’t help but feeling a little nervous.
“Oh wait, I still have Dai-chan!” Ryosuke exclaimed happily but then suddenly something somewhere deep inside his heart are wishing that Daiki won’t come back home tonight. “Damn it! Why did I thought like that?” He cursed.
“What’s wrong?”
Ryosuke look at the entrance door and found Yuto currently watching him. “Nothing!” He answered and continue cooking.
It took another ten minutes for Ryosuke to finish cooking and serve the food. Yuto sit at the opposite side of Ryosuke and happily enjoying his dinner. He’s not lying earlier when he said that he never eat homemade cooking since he didn’t know how to cook properly. He have ty once and the food end up to be something that human definitely can’t eat. So he give up and just have a frozen food every day.
“Ryosuke…”
“Umm?”
“How did you meet with Arioka-san?”
“Hmm… at first he was just a new worker at Hikaru restaurants’. I found out that actually he’s trying to find a new place to live so I invite him to live with me.”
“Souka…” Yuto nodding his head lightly. Then he realize something, something that’s so important.
“Ryosuke!” He suddenly shouted his name, making Ryosuke to startle.
“Yes!”
“Did you sleep with him?” Yuto pressed his words to show that he’s so curious to know. Yuto almost wanted to faint when he saw Ryosuke nodding his head.
“Yeah we did… we live together right, so we should sleep together too…”
“Why, is there something wrong with it?” Ryosuke asked dumbly while looking at Yuto like a little kid who know nothing about the adult world.
Yuto gasped and then slamming his palms on the table. “It is!” He shouted madly. “How can you sound so casually though that it was actually a big problem? How dare you to be with someone else!” Yuto said while glaring at Ryosuke. His heart are burning with jealousy right now. Sleeping with Daiki means that Ryosuke is cheating with him! But when Yuto see Ryosuke laughing, all his angry and jealous earlier totally washed off from his body. He look curiously at Ryosuke. “Why suddenly laughing?”
“I know you will respond like that… it’s so funny to watch you getting so mad and jealous in the same time.” Ryosuke answered while trying to hold himself from cracking another laugh.
Yuto face beaming excitedly. “So you mean that…”
“Of course it’s a lie! We have our own bedroom.”
Knowing that he just get fooled by Ryosuke give no respond to Yuto. He’s concerning more about the sleeping matter and feel so relive that actually it just a lie. “Yokatta~~”

They walked in silent. Daiki is a few step ahead of Hikaru with Yuusuke on his arms, currently sleeping. He can’t easily forget what’s happening earlier. I wonder what he is thinking now. Daiki turn his head a little to look at the latter. He’s so good in acting. There’s no sign of hurt reflected on his eyes. Everything look normal to him.
“Dai-chan…”
“Ah, yes?” Daiki snapped when he heard Hikaru voice.
“You just walk pass my house.” Hikaru said while pointing his finger to his right side.
Daiki head turned to where Hikaru was pointing his finger and yes, indeed he miss the house. “Gomen… I didn’t realize it.” He apologize and walked to the house with Hikaru now taking the lead.
Daiki walked to the living room and put down Yuusuke at the couch. Hikaru already nowhere to be seen so Daiki decided to just leave. “Wait!” Daiki turn around and see Hikaru standing behind him with some drink on his hand. “What?’ Daiki asked him.
“Drink with me first.”
Daiki eyes widen and he quickly shake his head. “No way!” He rejected Hikaru offer.
Hikaru creased his forehead. “Why not?” He asked. “Don’t worry, I won’t do something inappropriate to you again like that time.”
Daiki gasped. “You… you remember?”
“Yeah…” He answered slowly. “Umm… sorry because I kissed you.” Hikaru apologize, it’s not so clear but Daiki still can see that Hikaru is a little blushing. “So… umm… will you?” He asked again.
Daiki shrugged his shoulder. “Why not, it’s okay if it didn’t include anything inappropriate since Yuusuke is here with us.” Daiki said as his eyes move to look at the sleeping Yuusuke on the couch. “Besides, I still have some question to ask you.”
“Then stay here… with that you can ask me anything you want right.”
“Yeah, I’ll thought about that later.”
Since they don’t wanna disturb Yuusuke, Hikaru bring Daiki to the veranda. He give the latter a can of juice because Daiki refuse to accept to drink alcohol that night. They then sit on the cold tile with head looking up at the sky. The sky was dark without any stars so they attention back to each other. “So… why did you lie to Yabu about us?” Daiki asked.
“So that Kota won’t feel guilty for leaving me… I know he will feel like that. Sorry if I make you surprise.”
“Who not…” Daiki said and then sighed… he open up the can and drink the juice. “So what now?”
“Simple! We’re dating…” Hikaru answered nonchalantly.
“Don’t joke around will you! Who wanna date you! I don’t wanna date you!” Daiki shouted. Serious he don’t wanna date Hikaru, because of what? He don’t know why either… just; he don’t want to…
“Why not? If we’re not dating then Kota will know that I’m lying to him.”
“You…!”
“Shh…” Hikaru manage to shut Daiki rants with pressing his forefinger on the latter lips. “Don’t shout, Yuusuke will wake up.” When he sure Daiki won’t shout anymore he pulled off his finger of the latter lips and smile. “That’s better… you don’t have to shout like that. I don’t wanna Yuusuke to wake up because of it.”
“Gomen…” Daiki slowly apologize. “But I still thought that you don’t have to say that we’re dating… it’s obviously a big lie.”
“That part really was a lie… but the part before that was true.”
“Eh?”
“You did stole my heart Dai-chan… I’m not lying about that.” Hikaru said as his hand move to hold Daiki chins’ and lift it up. “I’m not lying…” He say it again. Trying to convince Daiki that he really are not and telling the true.
Daiki could feel that his face are heated up by Hikaru words. “I… I… I can’t;” He try to speak and swatted Hikaru hands’ away from his chin. “Even if it’s true… you should know that I still love Yama-chan.” Daiki said.
“Yeah, I know… not like I asked you to accept me right, I still don’t know if what I’m feeling is true or just a feeling that appear because of hurt and pity.” Hikaru voiced out his feeling. “So don’t you dare to avoid me because of this thing okay?” He added more when he saw Daiki is making some distance between them there.
“Sorry…”
They back to silent. “I think it’s time for you to go back home… Dai… ki?” Hikaru paused when he feel something heavy just landed on his shoulder. He turn his head to his side and found Daiki already fell asleep. His lips formed a small smile. “Or not…”
Hikaru slowly lift Daiki head from his shoulder and put the latter on the tiles. He stand up and lean down to lift up Daiki and bring him inside. “You must be so tired to fall asleep…” He whispered and bring Daiki to his room. He carefully put the latter on his bed and pull the blanket to cover his body from the cold midnight air.
Hikaru then walked to his closet and take out an extra pillow and blanket. “Oyasumi…” He whispered before slowly shut the door close after he go out.
He walk to the couch and put the blanket on Yuusuke body. He take the opposite couch with the little kid and lay down. “Look like I’m going to sleep with you here… Oyasumi~”

He don’t know when he will get this chance again… to be able to stay so close to the person he love so much. Carefully stroking his soft brown hair like this. Yuto smile as he watch Ryosuke who had fallen asleep at the dining table beside the newly made strawberry cake. Ryosuke must had thought that he could take a little nap there but end up falling into a deep sleep. “Come on… don’t sleep there… go to your room.” Yuto said, but no answer from the latter. Well, not like Yuto wanted to wake Ryosuke up from his sweet slumber; just he is worried that he will catch cold if he continue to sleep there.
Slowly Yuto walk nearing Ryosuke. He carefully remove the whipped cream bottle from the latter hands’ and slowly he lift him up bridal style. Yuto don’t know which one is Ryosuke bedroom so he just abruptly bragging in. “Ops! Wrong room~~” He said when he realize he just entered Daiki rooms’ since he saw Daiki picture beside the bed. He turn to the opposite side, to the other room and slowly opening the door.
Ryosuke body is putted carefully on the bed. The latter move a little when his body touch the bedsheet. Yuto pulled up the blanket to cover Ryosuke body till only the upper part of his chest is revealed. Yuto take a sit next to the sleeping Ryosuke on the bed. Silently admiring the latter beauties. “Oyasumi…” He whispered as his hand move to touch Ryosuke bangs which is falling and covering his eyes.
His hand which roaming on Ryosuke face accidently touched the latter lips, circling his finger around the area. Yuto stopped doing so when he see Ryosuke moved a little and immediately pulled his hand off of the latter lips. Yuto sigh in relive because his activities didn’t wake Ryosuke up. If the reader are wondering what are Yuto feeling right now… there is a lot of things lingering inside his mind. Some of it contain the happiness he’s feeling and some of it are the sadness and worried feeling. Will he be able to stay like this with Ryosuke till forever? But he surely know one thing… Yuto lean his head down to capture Ryosuke lips. Giving it’s a chanted kiss and pulled his head back after a few second.
Yuto leaned down again but not to kiss but just pressing their forehead together. “I promise that I won’t leave you anymore… I won’t make you suffer anymore… I’ll make you happy Ryosuke, I’ll…” Yuto slowly whispered, saying all his promise to Ryosuke. He won’t let Ryosuke go anymore, he won’t let the same thing happened four years ago to happen again. He won’t and that is his promise to the person who hold the special place inside his heart…
Yuto pulled away and slowly slipping his body down from the bed to sit at the floor. He wanted to accompany Ryosuke but he know he’ll definitely kicked if he sleep with him on the bed. So for his safety, Yuto sit beside the bed… in a few minutes, he also fall into a deep sleep-
