Daiki sighed- it’s still unclear if he will sign up for the fanclub or not… it’s true that he really wanted to get near Hikaru but he’s still sane to not easily enter that fangirl community. “This matter make my head ached” Daiki said, he turn his head away from class and throw his gaze to outside of the windows. His eyes quickly spotted the student council members strolling around the school garden. Didn’t they have to attend classes? He thought, well maybe they didn’t have class now…
After a few days taking a free lecture from his bestfriend Inoo, Daiki slowly come to know the student council more. Seriously, Inoo never always impress him in a lot of things. He was wandering how his bestfriend could get all that information. So because of that, Daiki recognize the persons he’s currently watching are the president Nakajima Yuto and the assistant Yamada Ryosuke. He remember Ryosuke more since he couldn’t easily forget that time when his eyes finally meet Hikaru’s when he bumped with the latter and accidently ruined his cake.
Jealousy suddenly overtake his body. That student council manager sure was lucky because he got Hika with him… Daiki lips formed a small pouts. He wish he had that chance too…
“Dai-chan~”
Daiki turned his head toward Inoo. “What?” he said and see Inoo pointing his finger to front.
Inoo just parted his lips up and down; lucky Daiki is smart enough to figure out what he’s trying to say. Look at front… “Why?” He asked himself and when he look at front; he gasped. Damn it!
“You seem to not focus Arioka-san…”
“Umm… hey Ueda-sensei; nice weather right?” Daiki said bluntly toward his obviously angered teacher. He just got busted for not paying attention and in a very big trouble… kami-sama!! Spare my life please~~
“Yeah; nice weather for a detention…” Ueda-sensei replied with a smirk. “My office. After school!” He said and back to the teacher desk.
Daiki sighed hard, he narrowing his eyes at Inoo. “You should tell me sooner!”
“I wish I could Dai-chan; but you’re not answering me. Just accept the detention kay.”
“Urgh!!”

The student council meeting just over a few minutes ago. It is his routine to clean up the room first before head home; since today there is a lot more thing need to be clean up, Ryosuke had asked the other member to go home first. Don’t worry guy… Ryosuke is not being bullied here. He volunteer himself to do that jobs.
“Let me help you;”
Ryosuke look up and saw Akari, one of the students council members heading to him. The latter as usual, looked all cold with his poker face which aren’t showing even a tiny smile. Hikaru reach for the paper in front of Ryosuke and helping the shorter guy collecting it.
“Why are you still here?" Ryosuke asked him.
“Helping you"
“You don’t have to do that; I can manage this on my own. Besides, I almost finish here.” Ryosuke said while putting the paper he just collected on the table in its own file.
“You can’t stop me…” Hikaru replied rather coldly. If it is not Ryosuke; people will thought that this guy is so arrogant. But he knew Hikaru- he is a good guy and his bestfriend since they was young.
“Okay; thank you then.”
Ryosuke stored the last file in the cupboard and grab his bag. “Wanna go home together?” He asked his best friend.
“Yuto?”
“Ah, I already ask Yuto to go home first; he seem to be not so well today.” Ryosuke answered his question while searching for the door key on the president table. “Yeah got it!” He exclaimed after he found the things he is searching. “So?”
“Okay…” Hikaru shrugged his shoulder and walked out of the room. He wait for Ryosuke to lock the door then walk home together with the latter.

“Damn! It is already this late!” Daiki cursed while glancing at his watch. If he don’t run, he will miss his train. Daiki take a peek at the corridor from behind the door. “Yosh! No one is around!” He swing his school bag to his back and start running. Halfway through to the locker; someone is shouting at him from behind. Daiki didn’t stop running but just slowing his pace and turn his head around to look. “Now what?”
“Student are not allowed to run in the corridor.”
Daiki stopped running and clicked his tongue; “Gomen but I’m in hurry!!” Daiki apologize to him who he recognize as one of the student council members, he is ready to speed up again when he realize that that guy wasn’t alone- Hika!
“What’s wrong Ryosuke?”
“Ah Hikaru you’re late! Got what you want?”
“Yeah, I accidently leave it inside my table in class.” Hikaru showed Ryosuke his phone. He move his glance toward Daiki and frown. “What’s wrong?”
“Nothing, I just remind him to not run at the corridor.”
“Just ignore that guy, let’s go.” Hikaru said nonchalantly and walked ahead of Ryosuke.
“Okay.” Ryosuke replied slowly and following him from behind.
When they walked pass Daiki, he could clearly feel the cold treatment Hikaru is spreading around him. It left him confused and sad. Did he do something wrong that make the taller guy to despite him this much. He wanted to shout at him, but when he turn around…. The student council member are nowhere seen anymore.

Daiki sit on his bed while glancing restlessly toward the clock. Deep inside his heart are still denying that Hikaru just once again acted like he didn’t know him at school. “There must be some logical explanation… there’s no way that Hika will ignore me like that.” Daiki said, he then let out a long sighed when he glance at his phone on his study table.
“Should I call him?”
Daiki is about to take his phone, but a flash of memory about Hikaru ignoring him come rushed through his head. Daiki slowly draw his hand back.
“I can’t” He said slowly and quickly lay down while pulling his blanked until his head. He is not sleeping; he actually can’t sleep. But burying his whole body under his blanket like this is something that he will don if he is frustrated or sad. It’s one of his childish act…

Hikaru rushed to the door when the doorbell ringed. Hikaru opened the door and greeted his older brother who just arrived from his four days music camp.
“Welcome home…” Hikaru said and then leaved the front door to head back to his own room.
“I’m home, where’s mom?” Hikari asked while untying his shoes. When Hikaru isn’t answering his question, he walked to the living room and to the kitchen. There’s a note left by their mom on the fridge.
I’m going to be late tonight, cook dinner for yourself and left some for me kay!

“Hika! Have you eat your dinner yet?” Hikaru shouted.
“Not yet!”
Hikari heard his brother reply and nodding his head. “Okay; then I’ll make some.”
Hikaru leave the kitchen to go to his own room and change his clothes. Few minutes later, he is back again in the kitchen and is taking out some vegetable and raw meat from the fridge.
Its only take about thirty minutes for him to prepare the dinner. Just something simple like curry rice is enough to fulfill his hungriness. Hikari served two plate of curry rice on the dining table. He take off his apron and walked toward his younger brother bedroom. He give two light knock on the door.
“HIka, dinner is ready.”
“Umm…”
Hikari heard a faint reply from his younger brother. “You better come out now, the food is getting cooler.”
“Hai~”
“Hikari head to the kitchen first and sit on the table while waiting for Hikaru. Since he was away for about four days, there is a lot of things that he want to ask Hikaru. Especially about that certain person.
When Hikaru join him on the table, the first question that come out from his mouth is… “How is Dai-chan?”
“Good.”
Hikari pouted with that short answer. “Eh, just that? Is there anything else? Do you know which class he is in?”
“No.”
“Hika…” Hikari sighed, from the way Hikaru answered his question; he can guess what was happening when he was away.
“Did you ignoring him?”
“Yes.” Hikaru answered straight forward. He glance a little toward his older brother but didn’t say more and move his eyes back to his food. A topic about that short boy is always something he avoid each time his brother asked him. But he still feel guilty when he see Hikari hurtful face when he said that he is ignoring Daiki.
“But, since you are here… there is no need for me to watch over him anymore right. You can do it yourself and I won’t bother you… I hate to mingle with someone love life.”
Hikari smiled. “You right, thank for watching him for me…”
“Are you going to pick him up tomorrow morning?”
“Yup; I wanted to walk with him to school.”
“Okay, good luck then.”
Hikaru continue eating in silent; he is happy that now, he didn’t have to watch that shorty anymore. But he didn’t tell Hikari one thing; he didn’t tell him the real story. He didn’t tell his brother that Daiki, have mistaken him as Hikari and now was so hurt and heartbroken. But that make him to wonder too…. Was all this time, Hikari is hiding the truth from Daiki? The latter seem to be so confuse and oblivious about the fact that, he and Hikari are twin.
But he won’t ask his brother about that. Because he have swear that he’ll never care about them anymore.

“Mom, are going to be late again tonight?” Daiki asked his mother while punctuated with munching his toasted bread.
Mrs. Arioka patted her son head lightly and flashed a reassuring smile. “Gomen ne Dai-chan, mom will try to go home early today.”
Daiki nodded his head. “Um! I’ll wait. Do you want dinner?”
“No thanks honey, and you should also just order something… never think of touching the kitchen cutlery.”
Daiki pouted cutely and nodding his head. “Hai~” He replied slowly as the memory of him cutting his own finger while trying to make food before come to his mind. Hell, he seriously don’t want that to happen again.
Daiki grab his bag and dashed toward the door. “Ittekimasu!” He shouted and opened the door.
Daiki stopped awhile in front of his house to take inhale the fresh morning air. “Yosh! Smile Daiki, Smile!” Daiki said, encouraging himself. Giving him extra energy to run to school.
But suddenly, his view when dark. Daiki is startle when someone from behind have closed his eyes with his palms. “Guess who me?”
A smile immediately formed onto his face. He miss his voice so much and since he have approach him like this; all his doubt about him before, vanished along the calming morning breeze. Daiki grabbed his hand and remove it from his eyes. He turn around to give him a big hug.
“Hika!” Daiki exclaimed excitedly.
Hikaru body moved a little backward when Daiki suddenly hugging him. He chuckles and patted the latter head. “Ohayo Dai-chan…”
“Ohayo Hika, wanna go to school together?”
“Of course, that is the reason why I’m here in front of your house.”
“Hehe… you right.” Daiki scratched his nape while blushing a little.
“We better running or we’ll be late.” Hikaru said after he glance at his watch. “Race with me Dai-chan!” Hikaru shouted and already started running.
Daiki widen his eyes and started running too. “Wait Hika! It’s unfair… I wasn’t ready yet!”
Yokatta… Hika is back to his own self again…

“Hee~~ Dai-chan, you seem to be extra cheerful today? Anything good happen? Share with me… I wanna hear it.” Inoo bring his chair near Daiki seat. He’s trying to dig on what just happen to his bestfriend that make him so happy.
“Nothing! I just overwhelmed with happiness today.” Daiki replied while smiling gleefully. He can’t stop smiling; he just got his problem solved. That Hikaru is just too tired and busy, that is why he’s ignoring him; he didn’t really realize that it was him. Well, that is what Hikaru said when Daiki asked him about it this morning. And he believe him.
“You lie… there is no way that you’ll smile this bright though that nothing special had happen to you.” Inoo doubting him. He can smell it from the way Daiki act, something really did happen. But it won’t hurt his feeling if Daiki didn’t want to share it with him.
Inoo shrugged his shoulder and pulled his chair back to his own seat. “Okay, if you don’t wanna say anything; then I won’t force you to tell me. I’m happy that you’re happy Da-chan, it’s been so long since I saw you smile this wide.”
“Ah!” Inoo snapped suddenly. “Dai-chan, have you decided which club are you going to enter?”
“I’ll pass…”
Inoo frown. “Ehh, but why?”
Daiki rested his back on his chair. “Because I’m not really interested in joining any club. I wanna use my time to study.” Daiki said. “How about you? Have you choose any club?”
“Yup, I wanna enter the music club. I heard that this school music club is so awesome. There is this one member who have won so many competition all around the country.” Inoo said excessively excited.
Daiki chuckled seeing his bestfriend. When it comes to music; Inoo eyes will suddenly beaming excitedly; he love music so much… “Good, I’ll pay a visit when I have some free time… I wanna hear a new song from you Inoo-chan.”

“Nani?”
“Can you cook something for me? Mom is probably will come home late again and I can’t cook.” Daiki asked while lowering his head. He’s a little embarrassed to ask Hikaru to cook dinner for him. But that is his only option, he like handmade food more than eating some fast food like pizza. And it could be a good excuse for him to make Hikaru stay a little longer with him.
“Of course I can, I’ll cook you some curry rice. Do you like it?”
“Uh, ah umm… I like it.” Daiki answered hesitated. Are? That is weird… Daiki is a little confused. But he let it pass this time; it’s okay as long as he can stay will Hikaru.
Daiki pace is slowly getting slower, Hikaru is walking in front of him. Daiki glance at his back, though he try to shrug off the confusedness; but he can’t stopping thinking about it. Was it possible that Hikaru forget that I hate curry rice?
“Dai-chan, what’s wrong?” Hikaru turned back to look at Daiki.
Daiki shake his head and running toward Hikaru. “Nothing…”
Maybe he just forgot… he was tired with school anyway… think positive Dai-chan!

Daiki rested his back on his chair. “Because I’m not really interested in joining any club. I wanna use my time to study.” Daiki said. “How about you? Have you choose any club?”
“Yup, I wanna enter the music club. I heard that this school music club is so awesome. There is this one member who have won so many competition all around the country.” Inoo said excessively excited.
Daiki chuckled seeing his bestfriend. When it comes to music; Inoo eyes will suddenly beaming excitedly; he love music so much… “Good, I’ll pay a visit when I have some free time… I wanna hear a new song from you Inoo-chan.”

“Nee Hika…”
“Nani?”
“Can you cook something for me? Mom is probably will come home late again and I can’t cook.” Daiki asked while lowering his head. He’s a little embarrassed to ask Hikaru to cook dinner for him. But that is his only option, he like handmade food more than eating some fast food like pizza. And it could be a good excuse for him to make Hikaru stay a little longer with him.
“Of course I can, I’ll cook you some curry rice. Do you like it?”
“Uh, ah umm… I like it.” Daiki answered hesitated. Are? That is weird… Daiki is a little confused. But he let it pass this time; it’s okay as long as he can stay will Hikaru.
Daiki pace is slowly getting slower, Hikaru is walking in front of him. Daiki glance at his back, though he try to shrug off the confusedness; but he can’t stopping thinking about it. Was it possible that Hikaru forget that I hate curry rice?
“Dai-chan, what’s wrong?” Hikaru turned back to look at Daiki.
Daiki shake his head and running toward Hikaru. “Nothing…”
Maybe he just forgot… he was tired with school anyway… think positive Dai-chan!
