This vid is hummelberry centric, but I feel it is appropriate to post here because it explains the tension in " New York" and what happens after " PATIENCE". If you saw those two vids, you may see certain scenes in a new light after watching this. 


Summary: 
There are 3 things which Rachel is certain: She is a star, she is leaving Lima behind for New York, and she will reach her broadway dream with her best friend Kurt. When a smear campaign theatens to ruin Kurt's chance to enter NYADA, Rachel does everything in her power to put things right. If only Kurt would take his eyes off Blaine for a moment, to see how much she has done for him. Or how she has always loved him as more than just a friend...

Where did this Part 3 idea come about:

I never planned to make a Part 3, but one day I started thinking....what if Rachel is more than a pushy best friend? Why is she so eager for Kurt to join her in NY? Why is she always there by his side? What if she is in love with Kurt but can't say anything at McKinley because Blaine is there? And the only way she could have Kurt to herself is if they go to NY together??

Looking at the story from this angle, suddenly everything is turned upside down. The supportive best friend doesn't look that trust worthy anymore, as her enthusiastic/caring gestures in "PATIENCE" and "New York" now appear to have ulterior motives. (Ironically, when I posted the other vids I explicitly said Rachel wasn't trying to steal Kurt away, it was just Blaine's misunderstanding.... Looks like Blaine's suspicion was right afterall!!)

Out of all 3 parts, I think Rachel's story is the saddest, as it echoes the hummelberry convo in Season1 regarding Finn. Kurt and Blaine may experience a lot of heartache being apart, but they can always get back together one day. Whereas Rachel, no matter how hard she tries to keep Kurt to herself or how much love she gives to him, she will never be his #1. She is just a distraction whilst Blaine is absent. :'( I have a problem with thinking angsty thoughts.
