ususally you reply when someone says good morning to you but nope, roy is too good for that.  i am not worthy of his response.  he thinks that by just staring at me blankly and not uttering a word that it would be more effective to get your point accross that you wish i did not breath the same air as you do because i am not worthy, let alone share

Just file a small claims case (up to $5,000), no lawyers just you and the facts. I can represent you, I'll take him down.

i have to look into it but i don't have any proof really all i have is my word against his because their is no one here to back it up and how do you get physical proof of that?

Well, you have all the overtime that you don't get paid for. You have your word, my word, your mom's, your sister's, half of the subs that don't work there anymore (ie Frank). There are options. Just start writing all this stuuff down in a journal so yo can remeber dates and exact instances of harrassment.

i will make copies of all that stuff. but for all my 2004, 2003, 2002 files are all in storage. i don't know how to get those...
