I'm heading over there tomorrow to check it out; if the stains really are bad then yeah, I'll sacrifice the rest of the deposit. If they're the result of wear & tear (we lived there 18 months and as far as I know, the carpet was in place when they bought the house 3 years ago), then the landlords needed to replace it anyway and I'm not going to subsidize it for them.
They've already given us half of the deposit back and it's already safely in my bank account. If they don't want to give anything else back, fine, whatever, we never have to deal with landlords again. It's just hard to figure out what they want; me to write them a check for some of the money they gave me (no fucking way), no more deposit beyond what I already have (ok, whatever) or a little more than I already have (sure, why not).
Hahaha I have the EXACT same problem with DDR. I can still read everything for the harder songs... but as I am not 17 anymore my body can't keep up with my mind. Sad :( It's still fun though I just need a 10 minute rest between songs!
I even had some trouble reading the arrows, but that was mostly on the gallop parts or whatever. I did the workout mode and only made 15 minutes or so of actual song time before I had to stop.
