Yes, Canada is the birthplace of anti-americanism. I'd even go so far as to say that it is THE defining feature of a canadian identity. (I'm a fan of the war of 1812 (which sounds funny, war is terrible; but ya know what I mean!))

I will not however tell this to my American Friends,,,, or I'll never hear the end of it.
