I don't know... I think my relationship is awesome, yet I always mention my husband. I guess it makes sense that you would talk about your partner more if there were a lot bad things. Similar to what they say about quality in service. If you have a good experience with a business you might tell one freind, but if it's a bad experience you tell at least 5 people.
