Do you have a Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe? A simple one that even I could not screw up? You bake so many pretty things, I though it was worth asking! LOL
My favourite banana bread recipe by far is this one from allrecipes.com. I've tried about 5 different recipes to find the perfect one that my husband would love, and finally came across this one. It's the only one I'll make.
OK lol Enough about how much I love it. ;) You'll need 5 very ripe bananas, and it'll make 2 loaves. If you only want to make 1 loaf, just try using 3 small bananas and cut everything else in half. Also, if you like you can add about a cup per loaf of either choc. chips or nuts.
