His friends kept asking him what he wanted for Christmas, but he only wanted one thing, and he didn't want to tell any of his friends.
What he wanted, was someone to love.
It was Christmas day, he was walking down the snow covered sidewalk, going to his favorite cafe. He was a few feet from the entrance, when he slid on a patch of ice, falling face first to the ground.
The ground never came, and he felt a warmth around him. He pulled back, seeing a boy slightly taller than him, staring at him. "Are you ok?"
"Ah...y-yes. Thank you." He could feel his heart beating quickly, a slight blush spreading across his cheeks.
The boy smiled, which Keito found adorable, and couldn't help but smile back. "Going in the cafe...?" The boy asked, as he opened the door, letting Keito walk in, following him behind. "Ano...are you alone...or maybe your waiting for someone? Your probably waiting for someone, I don't know what i'm talking about. I mean, your really good looking, so you probably have a girl friend-"
Keito laughed at how flustered the boy got. "No, I came by myself...and i'm not waiting for anyone, nor am I dating anyone."
"Oh...do you want to...sit together then?"
"I'd really like that...oh, my name is Okamoto Keito."
"I'm Nakajima Yuto!" Yuto, he smiled that smile that made Keito's heart beat faster again.
They sat at a table in the corner of the cafe, talking and getting to know one another.
The next thing Keito knew, it was 2 hours later. They were walking down the sidewalk, side by side. He wasn't ready to leave Yuto yet, but they had to part ways now. "I'm really happy to have met you Yuto. I'll call you sometime...and maybe we could do this again?"
"I'd really, really like that Keito."
Keito nodded. "I'll talk to you later then." He quickly leaned foward, kissing Yuto's cheek. He smiled, seeing Yuto smiling as he pulled away.
Waving to Yuto, he turned around, going towards his apartment.
He used to hate the snow, but now he loved it, for making him slip, and falling for Yuto.
