It was late at night already, as Kei climbed up the stairs to their apartment. He yawned, rubbing his tired eyes, that were lightly red from staring at the computer for to long, working on a project for his class.
He unlocked the door, going inside, he found the lights all off, which he had expected. He slipped off his shoes, putting his bag on the table as he walked by.
"Kei?" He looked towards the hall, and saw Hikaru walking towards him, yawning.
"Hikaru. Sorry, did I wake you?"
"It's okay. Come to bed." Hikaru took Kei's hand, pulling him towards the bedroom.
"Sorry I came home so late..." Kei said as he changed his clothes, and went to the bathroom to brush his teeth.
"It's okay Kei, I know you had a project to do." Hikaru climbed back into the bed, waiting for the older.
"Yeah, but its Valentine's day..." Kei came back into the bedroom, walking towards the bed. "I feel like a really horrible boyfriend, because I don't even have anything to give you..."
Hikaru took Kei's hand, pulling him down into the bed. "Kei, all I need is you. I love you, and you love me. I know that. I don't need anything on this day, for you to prove it. I just need you. You are everything to me. Okay?" Hikaru smiled, kissing Kei's lips.
"I'm so lucky to have such a sweet boyfriend. I love you Hikaru."
Kei laid down, pulling the blanket over them as Hikaru wrapped his arms around him. "I love you to Kei. More than anything." Hikaru pressed small kisses along Kei's face, snuggling closer to him.
