Preachin' to the choir, sister. :-)

I know that not everyone can afford to take care of their pets, and the reasoning of "well, just don't get one then!" isn't sound since sometimes accidents happen and they end up costing more than we budget for. But I am so, so glad your cats have you as their mom.

Does she do it with any food?

I had a similar problem with Splat and switched her food and it helped a lot - I still have to swap when she starts puking more. For her it is a combo of the food (haven't been able to figure out which ingredients are the biggest problem yet), speed of eating (two smaller meals a day didn't help so she still gets free reign of the dish), and hairballs. She's a couple of times a week, at some point you really do just become immune to the cat puke, as long as it isn't on the clean laundry or the bed.

some cats just have sensitive tummies. She also has never in her 6.5 years had wet food - if dry food is hard on her I can only imagine the mess it'd make.
