OMG! I just pre-ordered my Twin Peaks Gold Box and the Second Season of Music from Amazon. That's over $80, but then it's only money, right?! Of course I want them, but now I feel obligated to buy due to my status among the message board Queens in Lynchland. Now watch, I'll go to Target and this time, they'll have it all. I forgot about that Young Frankenstein musical!

What sort of diet are you on? If you want to feel fuller, without feeling like your starving, I suggest that you drink a soup before you eat. Soup will slow you down when having your meal. This is a good thing because people tend to rush into their meals and then overeat.

I, too, have lost weight. Since I couldn't find my scale, I used my measuring tape to see if I actually did "lose" anything. After moving to San Francisco, and walking everywhere, I lost four inches from my waist, three from my hips, three from my abdomen and I went down to having a double chin, instead of four!

I wasn't even on a diet, but, of course, I haven't been eating much.

Good luck on your weight contest!

Just a calorie-counting, try-and-eat healthy thing with a group of people at my chiropractor's office. We all put in $20, and the winners are based on % of BMI. Unfortunately, I didn't actually measure myself until I'd lost most of the top fat, but all my clothes are too big. It was time to be dieting for health reasons, so I have been the most devoted "loser." We have our final weigh-in in 3 weeks, and then start over, but the newbies are the biggest losers, so I might just join only for the motivation--we'll see. I discovered I can't eat until after the weigh-ins, which is not healthy, either!
