Would Paramount, if they chose to pursue, have a case against Alphabet's Google given the character name of Snuffy Smith's advocate? I'm not a lawyer especially acquainted with the specifics of intellectual property rights but Copyright and All Rights Reserved appear to be rather specific terms.
