“You have a guest waiting for you, Jiyong Hyung.”
His secretary welcomed him with a big wide smile on his face. Jiyong just nodded at him and walked pass the bright man who still followed him and read his appointment for the day. His botique, HappilyEverAfter, was located close to Myeongdong, a famous shopping area in Seoul. It’s not very big but it really is enough for Jiyong. It’s a three floored building, the first floor he use to meet his costumers and guests and also the conference room, the second floor was for his collection, and the third floor was his office. He had only 7 employee here, he had Daesung, his cheerful secretary that just greeted him with a long list of missed call; Chaerin and Haerin, his cousins, who also worked here as his design assistant for gowns; Yanggaeng or Seungho and Hyeonjung, his design assisstant for the male’s outfit, also Youngbae and Bom, who was in charge of the costumers or their guests fitting day escort. Yanggaeng and Seungho, along with the sisters Chaerin and Haerin, went to the same major as Jiyong, while Daesung was his friend from highschool. Bom was his senior at highschool, who happened to be Daesung’s girlfriend, and Youngbae was his neighbourhood who Jiyong had known since they couldn’t even walk or talk. Seungri, the DJ from the radio show was also his friend from highschool, and he often comes to the botique just to annoy Jiyong or flirt with Youngbae. Jiyong was sure something is up between them but neither of them would tell him anything.
He started off as an assistant for one of his lecturer who was also a famous fashion designer in Korea. The latter was her favourite student because of his brilliance and creativity, and when he told her he was going to start his own label someday, with all her might the mid-aged lady helped him. At the age of 20, Jiyong was ready to spread his wings and he started to build his own bussines. The building belonged to one of her aqquaintance and he rent it with a very low price, thanks to his lecturer. His employees, or who he prefer to call, his co-workers, at first worked with him for free. His brand was populared from mouth to mouth, from a satisfied costumer to another. He now had almost 20 costumer a year and was one of the well known wedding designer in Seoul.
Jiyong went straight to the elevator and in his office, making Daesung frown at him. “Hyung, I thought I told you you had a guest.”
Jiyong sighed as he slumped in his over-sized chair. He had a rough night, listening to his mother lecturing him about getting married and have a life, while his sister was not helping at all because she was busy with her daughter. Jiyong was not used to this. He was used to be his sister’s child. His sister acted more like a mother to him and now with her having a baby, it all changed. And Jiyong was not ready for this change. “I know, I hear you, Dae. Could you give me a minute? I am reaaaally tired and I need to compose myself first before meeting.. whoever this guest is.”
“Okay,” Daesung answered lightly. He sat at the chair across Jiyong, and he studied his boss. “Are you okay, boss?”
“I guess so,” Jiyong answered him. He wanted to tell everything to Daesung, and Youngbae. Just.. not now. “Is Youngbae here yet?”
“Nope. It’s his day off today. The sisters and Yanggaeng is here though. And Bommie Noona said she’ll be here in a couple of minutes.”
“You and Bom didn’t come together?”
Daesung shook his head. “She overslept. I.. umm.. I went too hard on her last night, I guess sh-“
“Urrghhhh, Daeeeeee!!!!! Too much info!!!” Jiyong yelled and covered his innocent ears. Daesung laughed hard at Jiyong’s reaction. “Hey, by the way, you got a letter-“ Jiyong’s ear perked up at this. “-some old postman delivered it here since he said you don’t usually come on Sunday. He said he got a copy of your key.”
Jiyong didn’t really paid attention to Daesung. He already had the envelope once lying beside his MacBook opened, and grinning like an idiot reading the letter.
Dear Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, >.<
Well well well, what a pity. I thought you were so in love with me that you would do anything to meet me, but it seems we need to wait for a while, love.
He called me love?Jiyong squeezed his eyes to clear his views. Was he reading wrong? Love?
As a gentleman, I’ll wait for you. You decide when, and where. I’ll only reject the offer if it clashes with my working schedule. I’m too eager to meet you now, even if there’s an earthquake at the day we’re supposed to meet, I’ll still come to find you. Just, not work please, I can’t afford to take you to a fancy restaurant if I got fired.
Jiyong giggled when he read the last line.
So reply me soon. I am as excited as you are for us to meet.
THE OFFICIAL PIMP
p.s. you said you took some music course? Well send me some of your masterpiece. At least some lyrics. I’m compentent enough to judge if it’s good or not. LoL
p.s.s. I sent you another picture! Yaaaay!!
Daesung just shook his head when he saw Jiyong was too absorbed in reading the letter. He didn’t know who his boss was writing lately, but he sure made Jiyong more relaxed and less jumpy. He decided it was his time to leave. The younger man stood up and took his iPad from the table.
“Anything you need, boss?”
Jiyong fold the letter and put it back to the envelope, not before chuckling when he saw TOP sent his childhood picture, and shook his head to Daesung. “Nope, just entertain our guest for a while, yeah? Tell him I’ll come down soon,” Daesung nodded and walked to the door. But before he got out he heard Jiyong asked,
“Who’s the guest, Dae? Got a name?”
“Yeah! Choi Seunghyun,” and Daesung got out of the room, wondering if he was imagining the great Kwon Jiyong just squeed like a rat.

Jiyong made sure his outfit was presentable before he knocked lightly at the conference-room door and opened it. His eyes grew larger when he saw the man who turned around to look at him. The blonde man had to remind himself not to jump and kiss the other man right on the spot. Choi Seunghyun definitely was the most handsome man he ever seen in his life and the first ever person who could make him actually feel like a human, he could feel lust and weird feelings he can’t explain just by looking at him. Reading letters from TOP made him feel the same weird feelings, but it’s different because Jiyong hasn’t see him physcally.
“Yoh,” Seunghyun raised his hand when he saw Jiyong. He was looking so stunning. His hair was no longer blue, instead it was black, or maybe very dark brown, and he slicked it back neatly. Seunghyun wore a very formal suit with his bowtie and to complete it he wear a thick framed glasses that made him perfectly stunning. Jiyong smiled nervously at him, and walked closer to shake the taller’s hand. Seunghyun awkwardly shook his hand with Jiyong, he wasn’t that fond of physical contact, especially to those he just met.
“I’m sorry for the long wait,” Jiyong apologized, gesturing Seunghyun to sit at the expensive leather sofa there. Now that his success, Jiyong’s able to buy the best product for his store. “You look...”
Seunghyun waited for the compliment, but it never came. So he looked down at himself, and when he shifted his eyes back to Jiyong he smiled smugly and asked, “Nice? Handsome? Stunning?”
Jiyong didn’t know where this guy got his confidence from and even though Jiyong wanted to agree that the man before him did look stunning, he had to threw him a laugh in a mocking tone, “No. Formal. What’s with the suit, Seunghyunssi? You want to outshine me?”
“No, wouldn’t dream of.”
“What do you mean?” Jiyong asked him with a sharp gaze and Seunghyun wanted so much to ruffle this blonde man. He held himslef though, and replied Jiyong with a smile. Not even the most handsome actor in the world, name it, Tom Cruise, Eric Bana, Brad Pitt, none of them would ever outshine Kwon Jiyong if you ask Seunghyun.
“Do you want something to drink? Beer?” Jiyong was walking to the cabinet placed in the corner of the room.
“Do you have wine?” Seunghyun politely asked Jiyong as he sat down. Jiyong looked surprised hearing his request, and Seunghyun smiled at this. “Why? Never had a guest asking for wine?”
Jiyong laughed, and Seunghyun wonder if its possible to be in love with two person at once. He found Jiyong’s and Dragon’s laugh so alike. “Never. They usually, politely asked for water, or beer.”
“Well I did asked politely,” Jiyong scoffed at this. “And I’m not a guest. We’re practically going to be a family. Yoochun and Jae Hyung are like my brothers.”
Jiyong poured two glass of wine for Seunghyun and himself, then he sat down beside his guest at the sofa, giving him the drink he asked for. The blonde man nodded when Seunghyun said thank you.
“So, are we going straight to bussines?” Jiyong asked the other. Jiyong was a serious guy if it concerns his job, and he wasn’t going to act differently to Seunghyun just because he’s handsome. Wait, Jiyong shook his head, where did that come from?
Seeing the younger man shaking his head suddenly, Seunghyun touched his arm, “Are you okay?”
Jiyong jumped a little at the contact, the spark that wasn’t there the last time they touched was there now. Jiyong cleared his throat, trying to focus again and he smiled at Seunghyun. “I’m fine. Sorry.” He then took out a clear holder and opened it on top of the table in front of them. “This is the design I made for Yoochun Hyung and Jae Hyung’s wedding. It’s 98% done, just need a finishing touch.”
“Is it possible for me to see it now?”
Jiyong tilted his head, and then nodded. “Yeah, you wanna see it now?”
So the both of them went upstairs to see the suits. Seunghyun was amazed at how beautiful the suits was. The one for Jaejoong was dominantly white, it had a black accent on the tie and the cuffs, and Yoochun’s was the opposite. It was dominantly black, only a couple of white here and there and it was almost done. Jiyong just need to finish some of the pockets. Seunghyun then presentate his concept to Jiyong, how he’s going to arrange the room, the decoration, what color, where the catering will be placed, which catering and flowershop they were buying from, the cake, the rundown of the party, and when they finished, it was way past lunch time. Seunghyun decided to stop right there, and Jiyong agreed to go lunch with the guy. He told Daesung he was going and the secretary winked and him and told him good luck, which earned him a slap on the head from Jiyong and Seunghyun burst out laughing.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“So why haven’t I’ve seen you before if you’re that close to Yoochun Hyung?”
They were in a small chicken restaurant where Jiyong loved the galbi so much and wanted to share it with Seunghyun. They eat slowly, enjoying the time to chat and eachothers company. Jiyong found out from the conversation they had that he had an older sister like him, lived in his own apartement with his Noona, was currently in charge of a couple of his father’s company, he didn’t only like his coffee extra sweet but with no cream or milk too, he used to be so fat people liked to bully him, has a weird attraction to suits (ahhh, that's why he's so formal today, he just loved this kind of style, Jiyong thought), he loves rapping and wanted to try singing sometime, he just hasn't had the courage yet, and Jiyong found out that he had a very cute dimple on his left cheeks which appears even if he smile the slightest. And the thick eyebrows, Jiyong's sure he's seen them somewhere, why can't he remember?
“I don’t know. I.. didn’t know any of Hyung’s family member except Yoohwan,” Seunghyun answered. It the truth. Yoochun came from a divorced parent, and he was so close to his younger brother and mother, but Seunghyun only met his bestfriends mother once, because she lives in the US. He knew Yoohwan, Yoochun’s younger brother, but the boy was always closer to Hyunjoong because they live at the same street. “Did you already know Hyunjoong?”
“Yeah, of course. Hyunjoong Hyung was.. he was.. what I know is actually Hyunjoong and Yoochun knew each other since they were small, but never got that close until Jaejoong Hyung came to their cycle of friendship. He made them closer and.. well, Yoochun Hyung was in love with Jae Hyung since forever.”
“Really?” Jiyong looked at Seunghyun and was quite surprised to see the other man’s shocked expression. “Y-Yeah?” he hesitated. “Yoochun Hyung was a very.. introvert kid. He.. didn’t had that much of friend, he only played with Yoohwan or me, or other cousins, but he never had a real friend. The first person who was able to befriend him was Jaejoong. He was the first person Hyung brought home, and he become close to our family pretty fast. I got close to Jae Hyung pretty fast too, but.. because they went to college at London, I guess there’s where you meet them?” Seunghyun nod. “Yeah, so I.. I keep contact with them but because our meeting intensity was not like when they’re still here, we.. just drew apart, I guess. Me and Jaejoong Hyung at least. But I know he’s trying to reach me again now, since we’re going to be family.”
Seunghyun didn’t make any respond when Jiyong finished his story.
“Se-Seunghyunssi? Are you okay? Did I talk to much?”
“Oh?” Seunghyun then realized he was spacing out and gave Jiyong an apologetic smile. “I’m sorry, I was just.. did you say Yoochun had love Jaejoong since.. forever?”
“Yeah,” Jiyong chuckled. “It was really hard for them to be together. The family who didn’t accept their sexuality at first, and then Jae Hyung got a boyfriend, but.. they eventually end up together. I’m happy for them.”
“Yeah,” Seunghyun agreed. “I’m actually the one who.. I’m the boyfriend.”
Jiyong didn’t respond for a while, but then his eyes grew larger and Seunghyun smiled when he knew Jiyong finally understands what he just said. “Yo..you, Seunghyunssi? You’re the.. Jaejoong Hyung’s ex?” Jiyong hit himself mentally for stuttering.
“Mm-hm.”
“I can’t see why he left you for Yoochun,” Jiyong said without thinking, and when he realized what he said, he slapped his hand to cover his mouth. Seunghyun smirked hearing Jiyong words, and oh those smirk just made him hotter. "DId I just said that?"
“Are you hitting on me, Kwon Jiyongssi?” the black haired male teased him. Jiyong looked surprised at Seunghyun’s words and shook his head vigorously, but it just made the nervousness more obvious. “You are. Well, I’m kinda free now, it’s not a crime for hitting on someone free. Besides, I’m hot.”
Jiyong stopped shaking his head and looked at Seunghyun. He can feel that his face is again, red as tomato now. He never blushed, for God sakes, Kwon Jiyong never blushed and feel butterflies in his stomach because of a man before! Or a woman! But how could this guy just suddenly came to his life and made him like this? Jiyong cursed Yoochun for ever bringing Seunghyun to his life. “You are unbelievable, Seunghyunssi!” he said with a nervous laugh leaving his mouth.
“Why?” Seunghyun put an innocent face. “I am hot.”
“Shish,” Jiyong hissed, now he wasn’t that nervous anymore. Somehow the awkwardness he felt before just disappered because of Seunghyun’s constant jokes. “Too bad you aknowledge it,” he said with a mocking tone, but Seunghyun thanked him and told Jiyong he’ll take it as a compliment. “You are something, Seunghyunssi. You are something.”
They ended their 'lunch' when it was dark, with Seunghyun paying because he insisted to, and Seunghyun walked Jiyong back to his botique, telling Jiyong he was going straight home because he had something to do.
“Well, I had fun today, Seunghyunssi,” Jiyong thanked Seunghyun. Jiyong really did. He didn’t even remember that today he was supposed to meet TOP.
The other male smiled and took Jiyong’s hand. Again, the fireworks bursts in his chest at the contact and he could feel the warmth crawling up to the tip of his fingers. “Me too,” he said with a low voice which made Jiyong find his heart beatng faster when Seunghyun did that, he was wondering what Seunghyun will do next. The black haired man lifted Jiyong’s hand in his, and Seunghyun kissed the back of Jiyong’s hand. Jiyong with all his will held himself from jumping in joy and tried not to pull his hand from Seunghyun grasp.
“I.. uhh..”
Seunghyun chuckled when he saw Jiyong’s face was red as hell, and he let go of the smaller hand. “Gotta go. Guess I’ll see you at Jaejoong’s in two days?”
Jiyong couldn’t figure out anything to answer so once again Seunghyun chuckled and patted Jiyong’s cheek. “I’ll take that at a yes. Good afternoon, Jiyongssi.”
And Jiyong still stood at his store’s doorstep even after Seunghyun took his leave, grinning from ear to ear like an idiot. An idiot in love.
