The Accident Ch 1

We kicked off from the ground turning our brooms towards the center of the stadium. I stayed buy the sidelines waiting to see the small blur of gold that was the snitch. I flew back in forth slightly trying to find the little golden ball Draco on the opposite side doing the same thing. I looked towards the teacher’s stands and emerald met obsidian as we looked at each other showing through our eyes the love that we felt towards each other. Our eyes spoke to each other telling the other what they wanted to say. A quick blur of gold and green broke our contact and I watched as Draco was chasing the snitch. I quickly flew after them caching up when the snitch started to come straight towards me. Draco was laughing at me. “Finally decided to join in on the chase huh Potter!” We sped up chasing the snitch back and forth in between the stands and around the arena. It started to go straight at the faculty stand as we were getting closer Draco pulled back no wanting to chance crashing into the tower. I kept going and turned up sharply as the Snitch sped upwards putting one last burst of speed I reached out and grabbed the snitch winning the game for Gryffindor. I flew down slightly as I held the snitch high in my hand. Emerald met Obsidian once more and the message the emotion in his eyes went from joy and happiness to wide with horror. I Felt intense pain against my head and then I was falling, everything going black as the ground came rushing up to meet me.
