After careful and long deliberation I've concluded that there is only one possible outcome that will satisfactorily ameliorate my current situation. I'm going to have to buy Hayley a Silk Spectre II outfit

Once you've watched Watchmen then you'll *definitely* be up for the Silk Spectre 2 costume! She reminded me of an old girlfriend, particularly the boots, but the less said about that the better probably.
I've tried to watch films but have struggled to get in to them, I've tried to play games but haven't really had the inclination or energy and I obviously can't bust the power moves in the gym since I'm too unwell to do so.
Welcome to my life! ;-) I wonder if physical health plays a role here in terms of apathy removal?...
I got the car serviced recently, which was very reasonably priced although I suspect the next one won't be so frugal for me since I'm going to need new tyres according to the garage so that'll be the best part of £800 just on those.Teaching you to suck eggs here but it can be worth shopping around. My Dad's car (BMW) has run flat tyres that are £500 each from BMW. The local tyre place has a decent alternative for £100 each. Ironically that makes the tyres the same price as my Focus', and the servicing for the

It's odd, I don't find the actress herself particularly attractive but the outfit itself is awesome. Definitely got to see Hayley in it :)

For me, it definitely does. It's often difficult for me to put my finger on it at the time because it's a state of mind. It's usually when I'm beginning to get better or have realised it's lasting for more than a short period of time that I realise the cause.
As for the tyres, a decent set will set me back about £190 each. I've been recommended a type from the SaabScene forum which apparently radically improve the handling which sounds good.
I've got a serious kink for thigh length boots. I requested of the aforementioned girlfriend that she keep 'em on for the naughty stuff, much to my delight! TMI? LOL :-)

I reckon it must play a part. I felt much more positive when I was exercising regularly, which I really need to use as a reason for getting back to regular exercise. It all becomes a bit of a circular problem...
Ironically, boots don't do much for me usually. I'm more of an open toed, high heels man myself. On Hayley of course, not on me ;) It's reached a point now where she owns more pairs of platform heels than I own shoes haha.
I think for me it's having a cold/virus that's the problem. Normally I'm a fairly motivated, happy individual but when I get sick it seems to affect my mood and temprement as much as anything. I'm not necessarily convinced that it's the exercise that does it, since over Christmas I was as happy as a pig in shit and I didn't do any exercise and just drank loads of beer. Being sick seems to hit me quite hard in terms of my morale and motivation :/
i really reccommend you watch a couple of episodes of "the dog whisperer" its not a bad show and it will help you recognise what is wrong and how to correct it :)
generally its a case of your insecurity of what you think the dog will do and you anticipating trouble that will cause obi to react to people in the way he does (that isnt me critising you, ive just seen it loads of times within the show and that was the most common of problems and he kind of proves it by teaching the owners how to relax and stop anticipating trouble and how to retrain the dog to drop this behaviour)
but even if you dont want to watch it for "tips" watch it anyways, its good veiwing lol
I'm pretty sure I've seen that a few times before.
It's actually my fault, because I don't personally put in sufficient effort to train him out of his negative behaviour. With Hayley he behaves much better, because she's trained him to do so. I tend to be fairly erratic with training him which isn't really very fair on him. I'm actually going to start training him over the weekend and to resume walking him in the morning before work so that ought to help. We reached a point last year where he would behave very well for me, but then I let the training slip and his habits returned.
To be honest, he's not actually that bad. I can control him perfectly well, and he's a happy healthy dog. There are times when I'm walking him that I'll actively choose to change route to avert potential confrontation (if I see a bunch of kids fifty yards ahead, I'll take an earlier turning for example since he's not very keen on children). Clearly I wouldn't if there was no choice, or if it meant significant backtracking, but generally I prefer to avoid

gosh, Chris...hope you are feeling better very soon. it seems a trip to your GP would do you a lot of good because at least he could take blood if he wanted to and there are so many nasty things going around that you could actually need antibiotics to clear it up.
i second your emotion on the silk spectre outfit. it's very sexy and i think there will be a lot of us running around in one this Halloween!
as far as Obi is concerned, you nailed it: you treat him like a little person. even though they are part of our families (and sometimes even like kids!!) they ARE dogs and need boundaries. i'm glad to hear that he really isn't an aggressive dog. you don't want to get sued someday!
