After an incident yesterday involving an insect and Hayley's legs I need to get a replacement cup holder fitted to the car*. I guestimated about £50 or so, and was proved very wrong; Saab Oxford will supply and fit a replacement cup holder for £150. Dealers are a combination between retards with tools and con-artists. I had an experience with an Audi dealership that claimed to have replaced £800 worth of pump and pipe, but it transpired that they just cleaned up the old one and fitted it back on (wrong of course).

Best thing to do is not deal with these fools, you can get any repair, service, etc from any old garage now days and it won't invalidate warranties as long as they go by the manufacturers servicing requirements. Most decent garages as well will source parts from the dealer and fit it for a shit load less than the scam that is £75/hr labour rate at your average dealer (plus they probably won't balls it up causing more damage trying to "MAK FICKSING TEH KUP 'OLDER").
