Damn. That's a pretty sobering thought. I haven't heard anyone talking about what would happen if we CAN'T fix it. But with only 60-70 percent odds, it doesn't bode well.

I was reading this morning that a leak in 1979 took ten months to fix. I don't think we can assume anything.
