The local festival reminds me back of the Capitol and it's own celebrations, most notably I yearn slighlty for the Night of 100 tales of spirits--it is hardly summer and yet that along with the steady beat of Taiko drums is all I can recount as I walk past the shops and thier wares. I...miss the capitol...greatly
