I finished reading Stanley Newman's Cruciverbalism (as I mentioned in a previous post). It was a much quicker read than Word Freak, being much shorter. It also has a different purpose and focus, but I found it interesting for similar reasons. If you like cryptics, Henry Hook has a few cryptic collections out that are pretty fun to solve.
