I go in tomorrow for an MRI to make sure that what I'm having is migraines and not a brain tumor. If it is a brain tumor, there will be a party at my house. I don't know when, but it will happen.

Take notes on the MRI. You'll have an insider's advantage if you ever desperately need to write a scene from the perspective of a character in an MRI.

Make sure you take a pillow. Those things hurt like a bitch, depending on how long you're in them.

The back of my skull still hurts from spending 30 minutes in a MRI machine without decent padding between it and the slab I was lying on.

Am I the only one who's noticed that on the Google map behind the link where it lists locations that 'involve a handbasket', the White House is tagged at location 'E'?

I find this so amusing. ^_^
