I am 10 days smoke free and counting. I have been using Champix(Canada) or Chantix(US) to help with this. I have now given up smoking and am losing my fondness for black coffee, as nicotine and caffeine go so well together. Now I learn that I should also give up potatoes and tomatoes. What's a suffering girl supposed to eat. Bah! I might as well go
