i can't fluttertongue. and i've been playing flute for like 12 years. my tongue actually has some kind of malfunction where it doesn't work that way. i can't roll my R's for spanish, either.
I can only fluttertongue on low A to middle Eb. That's all. Weird, huh? And don't ask me to do anything fancy on oboe. The coolest thing I can do on oboe is play in tune. ...some of the time. :)
