Down 0.2 lbs. Which I'm actually grateful because while last week was not terrible, it was not good either and I really don't want to break 55 lbs repeatedly like I did with 45 lbs and 50 lbs

So you slowly wean off of sugar again. I am like this with cheese, fries and almost all forms of fast food. I broke my fast food fast and now desperately crave chili cheese fries, quesadillas and everything else fried. However since I have no money to speak of ( due to my I should actually go or save to move if Notre dame ever emails me back) I am forced into fast food fasting once again. I have Hips of Fury in less than 2 weeks and need to crash my weight down so I think I will be pretty. blah blah. hang in there...
