I lost 3.8 lbs last week, for a total of 56.4 lbs. I also went 2 hours short of 6 days without sugar. I broke the sugar fast with a scoop of ice cream. However, I failed to figure in a birthday party for one of my nieces yesterday, so the sugar break lasted two days, but consisted of two scoops of ice cream, a small slice of cake and a one point
