Wow, sounds like it got really stressful for a bit there, but things worked out as well as possible, and at least you got to enjoy another day in Tokyo!

When the drizzle started, I was actually thinking of King's Langoliers and how it seemed that someone up there knew that I was not supposed to be here anymore, that I was out of my "real" space and time...
