Spoilers contained herein: There is something very fishy about the ending with Laurel's death. Oliver was barely out of the room when the crash team came running. And she made him promise her something. If not for the look on Ollie's face I'd think he was in on it.

So if Laurel's death was faked by persons unknown, I won't be surprised.
