There are other bridesmaids, right? Cos they should be splitting the shower bill with you. DO NOT be afraid to ask; it's one of the parts of committing to being in someone's wedding!

Also, don't stress about the dress issue. There are definitely styles that are flattering on a variety of shapes and sizes, and while I know you might not feel that way while looking, you will look gorgeous. *hugs*

p.s. I just went with Ann Marie last week while she was having her final fitting for her gown, and I nearly cried. Dude. Weddings.
