Japanese Noodles - MIHARU

As requested by photog, the Miharu japanese ramen restaurant at Gallery Hotel, Riverside Walk. The design is typical of what you'll find in central tokyo - there are only 4 small tables and a short row of seats around the cooking area. Noodles are impudently unlocalized and thus, you'll find chewy yellow noodles bathed in a thick layer of sesame

if u ask me, i think the noodles are substandard leh...

Too oily and salty for me but judging from the no. of japanese patronising the shop, I would say that they love it.
