Here's the transcript of the alternate ending to "Leap of Faith":

Kyle and Jessi connect with Adam, and they are taken to an alternate reality. Adam is standing in front of the X's. Alex looks upon Kyle, and smiles. Jessi is in awe as she looks back and forth between Kyle and Adam. Adam looks at Jessi, and his smiles quickly disappears.
Adam(to Kyle): This girl is evil inside. She'll bring death to us all.
Kyle looks shocked, and Jessi looks hurt by this information. Ending the alternate reality. After the connection with Adam Jessi let goes of Kyle's hand, and runs out of the room into the wood.
Kyle: No...Jessi
Kyle looks back at Adam, then runs after Jessi in the woods.
Kyle: Jessi, wait...
Kyle runs after Jessi in the woods.
Kyle: Jessi, just listen to me.
All the moves Kyle does to stop Jessi from running is exactly like the original aired version. Ending up with Kyle holding both Jessi's arms again just like the original aired version.
Kyle: Why are you running?
Jessi: You heard what he said.
Kyle: No, I don't know what he meant, but you I know you're not evil.
Jessi: No, you don't know that. Maybe I am. Maybe they made me this way.
Kyle: No! You decide who you want to be.
Jessi: Please just let me go.
Kyle: You can't go...I left everything I care about to come and find you to believe in you. To trust you. You're the only person in this world who's like me...Don't leave me Jessi. Please.
Kyle and Jessi stare at each other clearly emotional and vulerable(note this was mentioned in the commentary). Jessi pulls Kyle in and kisses him. The camera spins around Kyle and Jessie during their long kiss(you can tell there is a green screen behind them noting this wasn't the finished product). As they kiss Kyle let's go of Jessi's arm, and you can see his hands on her lower and upper back as Jessi's hands are on Kyle's face. Jessi let's go of Kyle ending the kiss. Both look at each other and the ground shocked at what had just happened.
Kyle: What did you just do?
Jessi: I got into your head. I took what they wanted me to take.
Kyle: The information (noticing Jessi's odd expression) What is it?
Kyle steps closer to Jessi. Jessi looks lost in thought thinking about the information that was just downloaded through the kiss.
Jessi: It's not anything. It's everything
Jessi looks afraid and scared.
Kyle: Jessi....
Jessi: You shouldn't have trusted me.
Jessi turns around and jumps off the cliff.
Kyle: NO!
