And I am so happy every day that you saw my name and thought to see how I am and who I am after all these years. It is said that the road to a friend is never long, but I'm wondering how many miles we've accumulated since the last time we waved goodbye, not knowing you would be away for a year and that I would be gone when you came back. I feel like I am family now, a good feeling to have after feeling so rudderless on Sunday night. How fortunate I am that I didn't go to Rutgers or Penn or Temple, choosing instead the beauty of the bay.
